According to Wayne County Sheriff Benny Napoleon, there’s room for improvement. Napoleon tells One Detroit’s Nolan Finley the police union has been problem protecting cops he’s wanted to fire. Meanwhile the Sheriff’s Department needs hundreds more recruits and it’s been a struggle finding people to do the job. Nolan has this revealing conversation with the Wayne County Sheriff.
