So we start off our brand new skaters with a V stance.

When you are in the V stance, we'd like to make a bubble afterwards.

So all you do is bend your knees, push out, pull right in, and then you made a bubble.

Now you end up in a triangle stance.

We also start a triangle stance for the backwards bubble.

You push outwards, you pull right back in and then you're back to the V stance.

And that is a huge beginner step because it allows you to engage your hips, your knees, your shoulders, everything.

And that's how you start with your relationship with momentum.

After you learn the bubbles, you keep on going right?

And a lot of people will not know how to stop at first.

So when they go, they'll get a sense of like, Oh my gosh, and most likely they will fall over.

Oh, sorry.

Even the best skaters will tell you to wear safety gear, especially if you're starting out.

You're just dancing on the ground a little bit.

Wear comfortable clothes and the main thing just have a good time.
