Kentucky link in K-Y is reporting that C Ed Massey has filed to run in 2024.
Now, Massie was a two term incumbent serving in the 66th District in Boone County when he lost in the May.
Then he lost in the May 2022 primary to a fellow Republican, Steve Rawlings.
Massey is running in the same district and he has an opponent.
But this time it's not Rawlings.
The Lexington Herald-Leader reports that T.J. Roberts, a conservative with ties to the Liberty movement, has also filed to run the incumbent in the district.
Steve Rawlings has filed to run for the state Senate in District 11.
That's the seat that will be vacant after Senator John Stickles decides not to run for another term.
