Cannabis bill not dead yet, say key lawmakers

It's a 200-plus page bill, so there are bound to be a lot of sticking points.

Sticking points include whether or not to set a cap on growers, how to divvy up tax revenue, creating a policy for workplace testing, and the details in the current decriminalization bill. There is a real possibility that lawmakers could end up dropping the ball and letting the calendar year lapse without passing the bill necessary to enable the industry.
