Tonight…Gov. Robert Bentley signing the education budget today.  It didn't include the teacher pay raise he supported. Sen. education budget chairman Trip Pittman of Montrose discusses the budget deal lawmakers understood that they had with Bentley.  Sen. General Fund budget chairman Arthur Orr of Decatur discusses the spending plan for non-education agencies.
