We report on the Alabama Ethics Commission meeting today to hear testimony and consider complaints against Governor Robert Bentley. We will also report on today's committee passage of a bill that would set up a third execution option for death row inmates: nitrogen asphyxiation. And we will be joined by Jim Page, He will discuss talk of a new bill to raise the gas tax for road and bridge repairs.
