We have a complete wrap-up of the final day of the first special legislative session, with no agreement on a plan to fill the huge General Fund budget shortfall. We'll also report on Gov. Robert Bentley this afternoon calling the session a "failure," but stopping short of saying when he would call a second special session. And we'll be joined by Rep. Darrio Melton of Selma.
