We report on a House committee today holding a public hearing on Gov. Robert Bentley's lottery bill. We'll also report on a disagreement over whether the deadline has passed to get the lottery on the November ballot: Sec. of State John Merrill said it had, some lawmakers took exception. And we'll be joined by Sen. Bill Hightower, who talks about the lottery and tomorrow's expected Senate vote.
