We report on today's House passage of a General Fund budget that includes a 156-million dollar cut to the state's Medicaid program. That after the lower chamber rejected the Medicaid cut earlier in the day. We also report on House passage of a bill to un-earmark some 508-million dollars in revenue. And we'll be joined by Rep.
