Tonight…the latest from both the House and Senate floors.  We'll also report on the House taking up a bill which would mandate that licensing of doctors not be conditioned on their participation in a health insurance plan.  The health insurance bill's sponsor, Rep. Becky Nordgren of Gadsden discusses the need for the legislation as well as her Healthcare Right of Conscience Act.
