Tonight…budget action in both chambers.  The House is set to take up the General Fund. The Senate will address the education budget. The House Health Committee will consider four right-to-life bills, including Rep. Mary Sue McClurkin’s Fetal Heartbeat Act.  Public Service Commissioner Jeremy Oden discusses final passage of the bill that would remove the PSC’s oversight of telephone complaints.
