Tonight…Senate passage of the education budget, as well as controversy surrounding a provision that would take 10-million dollars in funding for Alabama State University and make it a conditional appropriation.  Rep. Steve Hurst of Munford who discusses his bill that would allow each school day to begin with a prayer previously read in Congress.
