Tonight…Democratic Sen. Billy Beasley announced that he will not run for Governor this year.  Rep. Joe Hubbard announcing today that he will run for Attorney General. Today's joint legislative session marks Military Appreciation Day.  Rep. Rod Scott of Birmingham discusses the controversial bill that would reorganize the Birmingham Water Works Board.
