Probate Judge Steven Reed of Montgomery County discusses how he and his counterparts across the state are preparing to begin issuing same-sex marriage licenses. Senator Cam Ward of Alabaster will be with us to talk about draft recommendations that will be voted on later this month. He'll also outline his bill to bring back the electric chair as an alternate form of execution.
