Tonight…the resumption of the legislative session, after the winter storm prevented many lawmakers from getting to Montgomery.  House Speaker Mike Hubbard tells us about a proposed rule change to allow more flexibility in the legislature's meeting schedule during bad weather.  And Rep. Mack Butler of Rainbow City discusses being stuck on the frozen roads for 12 hours this week.
