We report on Gov. Robert Bentley saying that there may be a need for a special legislative session to look at the state's Medicaid problems. House Speaker Mike Hubbard later said he expected such a special session. We'll also report on the state school board beginning discussions on replacing retiring superintendent Tommy Bice.
