 Tonight…the Senate takes up a bill that would allow Alabamians to carry loaded pistols in their vehicles without a concealed carry permit.  The House today passed a bill that would setup a statewide database to track payday loans.  Rep. Kerry Rich of Albertville, who is the House sponsor of the Senate-passed bill that would require certain welfare recipients to undergo drug testing.
