We report on today's Senate committee approval of Gov. Robert Bentley's bill that would build four new state prisons with an up to $800 million bond issue. We'll also report on the House Black Caucus today expressing a lot of frustration over Medicaid not getting the funding increase it requested in the House-passed General Fund budget. And we'll be joined by Senator Tom Whatley of Auburn.
