Tonight the House takes up the education budget. It didn't include a teacher pay raise, and that had Governor Robert Bentley continuing his call for an up or down vote on the raise. The Democratic House caucus and the AEA rallied today for teacher pay and more classroom money. Rep. Napoleon Bracy of Prichard discusses the continued push for Medicaid expansion in Alabama.
