Tonight..Final night of the 2013 legislative session. Lawmakers not supporting Gov. Bentley's executive amendment to the Alabama Accountability Act.  Passage of a gun bill that would allow workers to keep guns in their cars while on business property.  Rep. Phil Williams of Huntsville discusses the Accountability Act and comparisons to the charter schools legislation that he sponsored last year.
