We'll report on today's House passage of the education budget. It contained changes that sent it to a conference committee. The Senate later concurred with those changes. The House will do so next week. We'll also report on Gov. Bentley signing the sweeping prison reform legislation into law today. And we'll be joined by Sen. Rodger Smitherman of Birmingham.
