We're joined by Sen. Bill Hightower, who discusses the death of the bill to split the money from the BP oil spill settlement, legislation that he originally sponsored in the upper chamber. We're also joined by Rep. Danny Garrett, who will discuss the death of his payday lending reform legislation. He says the need for it remains great, and that he will be back with a similar bill next year.
