We report on the decision to turn over enforcement of the state's anti-gambling laws to local sheriffs and district attorneys. We'll be joined by Sec. of State John Merrill, who discusses the threatened federal lawsuit over Alabama's non-compliance with the Motor Voter Act. He'll also be joined by Sen. Hank Sanders, who says this week's reopening of closed DMV offices once-a-month isn't enough.
