We report on a revised House General Fund budget plan which would level-fund Medicaid and Corrrections, but cut other agencies from 2.5-10%. We'll be joined by Sen. Phil Williams, who contends the state doesn't have a revenue problem; It has a systemic budgeting problem. We'll also be joined by House Minority Leader Craig Ford, who says Republicans are going back on their word to not raise taxes.
