Election Bills and a Senate special investigation into Fani Willis make news on Day 10.
On day 10 the Senate passed three items. SR 465 would create a Senate Special Committee that would investigate allegations that Fulton County DA, Fani Willis mishandled state funds. SB 358, a bill that would remove the Secretary of State off the State Election Board. And SB 355, which would prohibit the use of "ranked-choice voting" from Georgia elections. All three passed along party lines.
