Well, today we're bringing the table to the farm.
Welcome to Carnation Farms.
Most of us experience food backwards.
We meet it wrapped in plastic or served on a plate.
But today we're starting where the story really begins.
But first happy hour.
Let's go check it out.
Carnation Farms has been in icon in the Pacific Northwest for years, and now you can join in the fun with monthly farm to table dinners and culinary pop ups.
So what can we expect tonight culinary-wise?
Sure.
Well, we're really excited to.. Crops grows beautiful things, and we're in the middle of harvest season.
We also raised lamb and beef here regeneratively.
So we're really excited to always honor those animals on our menus.
These menus are very intentional and very thoughtful.
So whatever season it is, that's what we're going to highlight.
So you guys can taste the best of what's coming out of our fields.
All right, so I host this show.
No one's going to believe what I say.
So let's hear from the source as dinner is served.
Burrata and fresh greens from right over there.
One word.
Fantastic.
Creamy.
All right, next course.
What are you having?
And how do you like it?
I'm having the mussels.
They're so, so fresh.
The flavor is really good.
All right.
Tell me, what are you having?
And ho.. I'm having a vegetarian pasta dish, and it is exquisite.
All right, farm raised lamb.
What do you think?
Not bad.
And with that, dessert is served.
Here's to putting the farm in Carnation Farms.
I'm Angela.
Thanks for exploring.
I'll see you.
