Committed Alliance to Strays, otherwise known as C.A.T.S., has been helping cats in Jackson County, Oregon since 1990. Three compassionate women noticed the problem our area has with stray cats and decided to do something about it. C.A.T.S. mission is to decrease the number of stray and abandoned cats in Jackson County, Oregon by rescuing, testing, vaccinating, neutering, and providing shelter.
