Votes are still being counted in New Jersey's 2nd Congressional District race, even though the incumbent Rep. Jeff Van Drew claimed victory over challenger Amy Kennedy on election night. Democrats say enough uncounted ballots are still out there to defeat Van Drew in a race overshadowed by Donald Trump.
