I love Chai.
This is our favorite tea and we start there.
David, this.
You make this from scratch.
Yeah.
So it's water with some tea powder and then a ginger and cardamom.
So tea is going to really infuse with the smell and taste of ginger and cardamom.
And then finally we top it off with milk.
So the total time it takes is a lot.
At least 20 to 25 minutes.
Okay, so you're straining the tea contents inside.
Now, Oh, it looks amazing.
This doesn't look like your typical brown sugar.
So jaggery is like brown rice.
The sugar sits like the unrefined cane sugar that's less processed in liquid tea.
Just a tiny bit sweet.
So I'll just add a little bit.
Thank you.
What do you think?
Well, it's really fresh.
Very good.
Thank you.
Yeah, it really is.
Perfect amount of milk in spices.
