We always try to grow chard and kale because we make these wonderful things called chard fritters.
Tell me more.
Oh, you take I mean, we take up a huge basket.
I mean, huge salad with chard and kale stem the chard and kale.
Blanchett put it in a food processor.
You know, a big pot like this blanches down to a pile like that.
Put it in a food processor with three eggs, three tablespoons of flour, a teaspoon of sugar, fresh nutmeg, garlic and and process it.
Oh, look at that yellow spider.
Oh my gosh, is that amazing.
Pure yellow.
Anyway, you process it up and then we send in bacon or ground pork or feta cheese or whatever.
And all of the herbs and the.
Oh yeah, everything we put in rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley, basil, oregano, everything we have out there, you just harvest what we got.
Put it in the food processor so they are dry greeny.
And when they come out of the fryer and they're just.
You feel so righteous because you're eating, you know, all of these herbs.
Plus this big basket of chocolate.
Yeah.
So you feel like a million bucks, you know, when you have that dinner.
It is.
It is really amazing.
It is great healthy food.
