In his new book, "The Devil You Know: A Black Power Manifesto," he proposes that Black Americans in the north do the same and return to the South -- the region fled by their ancestors -- with the intention of establishing political power in key cities. Blow joins Hari Sreenivasan to make his case for a reverse Great Migration.
