One way I give back to my community is through the Manhole One On One Mentoring Program.
Every weekend, we try to go around to various community centers in the county and give back to the youth and the elderly.
In addition to this, we help out with Operation Earnie's Plate, where we give food back to the homeless and the underprivileged.
This has helped me build a stronger sense of self and immerse myself within my community.
I believe everyone who has the ability to do so should do so.
-Like these students, you, too, can help improve the lives of so many people by volunteering in your town and community.
