We'll get back into the questions in just a couple of seconds, but let's meet the students.
Let's start with Sydney Voldarski who is a sophomore from Chassel.
And Sydney for someone who's so young, you have rather interesting taste in music and that you like to listen to old psychedelic rock, don't you?
- Yeah.
Well, when I was young, obviously I grew up a lot around it, but I didn't really start taking interest till I was like around 13 and that's when I really started listening to it, but mainly just because that's what I kind of grew up with.
- Oh, okay.

You wanna explain why?
- Yeah.
Mr. Ware is a unique teacher at our school.
Yeah.
He kind of just be himself anytime of the day.
It's really cool to see that cause a lot of people end up having like anxiety and trying to not be themselves, be someone else.
He just kind of inspires me to just be myself rather than be someone else.
- And that's kind of cool.
Not many teachers who excel in that and I'm glad that not only your teacher, but your coach does the same thing for you as well.
And Paul Harmala, you are a senior and you say that your hero, the person to whom you're currently looking up is your dad.
You wanna tell me why?
- (clears throat) Mostly because it's the easy answer.
(audience laugh) I don't really have anybody else I can really think of off of the bat because my dad has always been my greatest person to me for many reasons, just everything.
A lot of the things I believe, and he's always been a caring person and I just kind of wanna try and role model myself after him and be better than him, of course, as well.

- Like understand that everyone has different issues.
They have their own demons that they're dealing with.
So I just understand that somebody may not be in like the best mood or be nice to you every day because of that.
- You know, I've often thought that if there's anything good that comes out of 2020 and 2021, it might be that people have, they're a little more tolerant of people's moods, and it's just put the spotlight on things like mental health issues.
Yeah.
So maybe something good did come out of it, who knew?

She is one of the most kindness and most passionate people I know, and she got a full ride to college and was the valedictorian of her class.
And I don't see why I wouldn't look up to her and I just wanna be as passionate about everything like she is.
- And have you and Chloe always had a really good relationship?
- Yes.
We've been like best friends for as long as I can remember.
- Oh, that is so sweet.

And you say you have a very creative dream and that you wanna write a movie.
- Yes.

I like writing.
- Okay.
Would you put a modern twist on those tales or would you use them more in an allegorical sense?
- I would probably put a modern twist on most of them.
- Okay, good.
We had a question about Medusa earlier.
You could really put a modern twist on that.
(Jim chuckles) Well, I hope you get the chance to do that someday, Maria.
And finally, Tucker Havel.
You are a senior and if you could make one change in the world, you have a change that I think would really benefit a lot of people, and that you would wanna make a certain drug a whole lot cheaper.
Tell me the drug and why.
- I would like to make insulin a whole lot cheaper because a lot of people depend on it and it's priced exorbitantly.
For the amount it takes to produce it, it could be charged that much, probably like 10, $15 a vial.
Ask any either two up there and they will tell you the same thing.
They'd want insulin to be cheaper.
(Jim chuckles) - With the prevalence of diabetes these days, that I'm sure it is a problem for a lot of people.
You also say that your dream in life is to live long enough to see type one diabetes cured, right?
- That's the hope.
- That's the hope.
Well, we can always hope for stuff like that.
