Welcome to Benoit Cheese.

We have been here since 1973 and have about 200 different cheeses here, and most of them are Wisconsin cheese with a few imports.

So we have everything from probably five, ten different blue cheeses and, Swiss cheese and, we have manchego and we have flavored cheeses.

We have a lot of different cheeses for, cutting, slicing for cheese trays and things like that.

But, yeah, you can come and sample and get a little taste of all over here.

But I do love what I do.

My mom worked at a cheese factory back when I was growing up.

And, when I came up to this, little area, I this there wasn't a cheese market.

So when I said to my husband, they said, so where do you get cheese around here?

And he pointed out this place, but they really wasn't much there.

And, so was a local farmer.

So when, there wasn't much here.

And then I found this ad for this little destination, I came and wanted to revamp it into what my ideas were for what I was used to back at home.

So.

And then we have this one here is a goat.

And she felt cheese for mauvais and then separated by grape leaf ashes.

Here we have a 19 year old aged cheddar.

That has a lot of aged crystals in it.
