Now that Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle has made it absolutely clear she is not running for mayor, there's another possible contender that many are waiting to hear from. That is, of course Chicago Teachers Union President Karen Lewis. Earlier this summer a poll put both her and Preckwinkle considerably ahead of Mayor Rahm Emanuel. So, has Lewis made up her mind?
