Plans to clean house and overhaul the police accountability process faced a crucial vote.

The system to investigate Chicago police misconduct is getting a major overhaul. A plan proposed in August by Mayor Rahm Emanuel has undergone several changes after input from community members and aldermen and it faced a crucial vote by the City Council on Tuesday. But a number of critics still say the changes don't go far enough. Paris Schutz has the latest.
