Chicago Public Schools has a budget, but it could change before the school year ends.

Parents of Chicago Public Schools students have a lot to think about: a district budget with yet another gap and a change in climate for charter schools. That’s in addition to concerns about special education funding for some 50,000 students with special needs. Brandis Friedman has details.
