A credit rating agency warns Illinois for not extending the income tax hike.
Illinois' recently passed budget gets a rebuke from a major credit rating service, saying it could lead to big problems down the line. Governor Quinn, who had proposed making the hike permanent, criticized the general assembly today for ending its session with a quote 'incomplete' budget. He also took the opportunity to rail against his opponent, Bruce Rauner. Paris Schutz has the latest.
