When Macy's announced last week that it will close 100 stores nationwide–about 12 percent of its total–it sent shock waves throughout the retail industry. Will going out to shop ever be a thing of the past? Joining us with their thoughts on where the retail industry is headed are: Neil Stern, from the retail consulting firm McMillan Doolittle, and Eric Anderson, of Northwestern University.
