Door County native Father Tony Birdsall was happy when sent by his bishop back to his home area to serve a Sturgeon Bay congregation. Now retired, he serves a different flock. His exotic chickens keep him happy, well-supplied with eggs, and win him countless ribbons at the annual Door County Fair.
