A Columbus author creates children’s books with unique characters and more.

Many of us can name a beloved character from books we read in our youth, whether that be the Hardy Boys or Nancy Drew or currently Pinkalicious. Unfortunately, that’s not the case for everyone. Columbus' SRD Harris didn’t see a lot of characters that looked like her in the books she read growing up. She decided to work towards changing this dynamic and pursue a lifelong dream of being an author.
