NJ food banks see overwhelming demand during pandemic

Some food pantries are reporting double the amount of traffic since the pandemic began.

Winter holiday months are often a time of greater need, but COVID-19 has piled on the struggles for many families. With unemployment rates soaring to double digits, an increasing number of residents finding themselves in line at the food bank for the very first time in their lives.
