Chuck Dickerson paints despite having lost his arms from the elbows down.

Chuck Dickerson started painting at the age of 5; at 21, he suffered an accident that resulted in the loss of his arms from the elbows down. After a chance meeting with Bob Ross, Dickerson resumed painting as a way to express himself and support his family. Dickerson sells his paintings at the Monticello Shopping Center in Williamsburg until 1 p.m. in the spring and summer.
