Some civil and matrimonial court cases to resume

Trials had been suspended in several counties because of judicial vacancies

Civil and matrimonial cases will resume in Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem counties after having been paused since February due to a lack of judges. Civil and matrimonial cases remain on hold in Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren counties, and a similar pause will take effect in Passaic County beginning July 31.
