The Dublin Fighting Irish take on the Brooks County Trojans!
In a shootout that had several lead changes and multiple scoring plays of 40 yards or more, Dublin won its fifth state championship without attempting one pass defeating Brooks County 42-32. The Fighting Irish rushed for 473 yards and got touchdowns from four running backs. Dublin’s Jacques Evans led all rushers with 189 yards. It was the 100th year of football for Dublin.
