In Moultrie.
It's another football Friday in Georgia on GPB as tonight.
The number one, right?
Defending state, champion Colquitt County, Packers play, host to the all-time.
Number one, Valdosta Wildcats, putting their 22-game School record winning streak on the line.
And as you take a look at the region, 168 standings, Colquitt County and Camden tied for first place at 2 and 0 Valdosta and Lee County check in tied for third and fourth at one and one.
And good evening.
I'm Matt Stewart joined by Sam Crenshaw and Sam.
Let's start with this Colquitt County offense.
Averaging 46 points per game on their way to setting the State scoring record for a second consecutive year and led by their quarterback Chase Parrish.
She is one of the main reasons why he took over the Helm of this offense of season ago, and all he's done is, is Led them to a state championship.
Last year has an undefeated again this year and excellent field leader.
He'll be going up against the Valdosta defense.
That's giving up only 51 yards per game passing.
That, of course, will be put to the test here in the first quarter and led by their middle linebacker.
Todd Bradley.
Who's committed to Georgia, Southern committed to Georgia, Southern and there you see a good look at him there.
He wears the number one, which is very something, very special.
We'll get into that as we going.
Well, I broadcast tonight but wearing the number one and a Valdosta.
Wildcats uniform is something very extra special.
He has earned that honor meantime, the Valdosta often.
Averaging 37 points per game and led by the number two passer in the state.
Seth Shuman.
Averaging 256 yards passing per game.
We talked earlier and the pregame show about how you don't have a whole lot of recruiting inches to go about his business.
And he is a gunslinger.
That's what coach Russ Propst says about him.
It's hard to slow him down.
He's gonna do.
His damage would ever do is try to contain him to go tonight in facing a Colquitt county defense.
That probably does not get.
It's just Do and led by Speedy SEC caliber linebackers, Dee Walker and Jay Blakely.
Yes, coach Propst loves these two players.
Talked about them a lot.
Are you see?
There are ones committed to Tennessee to other being offered by some SEC teams in the ACC team.
Great for this matchup tonight.
Can't wait to see it.
I couldn't wait to get down here for this game, man.
I don't know about you.
Me either third member of our team is John Nelson.
He's down on the field.
Thank you very much.
Matt.
Good evening to you and Sam.
Good evening everyone.
However, you are accessing us whether it's on GPB.
CV gpb.org, the GPB, Sports app tomorrow marks, the 102nd anniversary of game one in this rivalry.
It was a 77 tie between Moultrie and Valdosta over at Magnolia Park, 45 minutes away from there.
These two teams have built pedigrees and they have built championships.
It's been a while for one versus the other.
Let's go back to 1998 and let you know what happened.
The last time that Valdosta won a championship and Lake.
In the game, it was Carlos Gatlin Mark old Archer had.
There's, there's his 2014 and it was a back and forth game.
It was syene King and it was Chase.
Parrish, Chase Parrish.
Working it out.
Archer though had no quit.
They would connect on a couple of long bombs themselves Colquitt, end up with the Duke and bring the state championship to Moultrie for the first time in the last 20 years now to the Wayback machine.
Let's go to 1998, show you how it happened that fast.
More Hider Stadium.
It was Carlos Gatlin, and you're going to see the same play.
Twice Catelyn, made it 14-7.
Then he made it 21-7.
That was the last championship that Valdosta and the Wildcats have gotten in the state of Georgia.
If you don't think that this matchup and this rivalry means anything, ask the fans that lose and have to deal with it.
For the next 364 days.
It is a special evening here on football Fridays in Georgia, Matt.
And Sam.
Let's light a very special South Georgia, October candle and kick this game off.
Well, here's a look at the Valdosta Wildcats at 5 and 2 overall.
They've won five of six games since their season opening loss at the Georgia Dome, the Norcross 34-31.
The only other laws coming two weeks ago against Camden County 31 to 10.
They are one and one in region 1 and led by their head coach Rance.
Gillespie in his sixth, season record of 46 and 18, overall, 116 and 49.
In two state championships at Peach County in 2005 and 2006 and in between Peach County and Valdosta.
He was the offensive coordinator at Georgia, Southern for three seasons Colquitt County in the midst of a School record 22 game, winning streak 7 and 0.
The season started with the victory against North Gwinnett at the Georgia Dome and they have been dominant.
Their wins have come by an average of thirty three point six points per game, their Game was two weeks ago that 4220 victory over lounge.
And they are led by their legendary head coach Rush Propst who is in his eighth season with a record of 78 and 25 here in Moultrie 2014 state champions overall his 27th season as a head coach dating back to his 19 seasons and Alabama.
254 all-time victories, including five state championships and seven finals, appearances in nine.
Seasons at Hoover, Alabama high school and there's a look at the 15 and 0 run for Colquitt County a year ago, and they dominated last year, only two games in the regular season, were decided by a touchdown or less.
And, of course, the state championship game 1 against Archer decided by four points at the Georgia Dome.
So Valdosta will set the kick things off their in their white jerseys trimmed in black and gold and Colquitt County going with their black jerseys and gold pants tonight.
Davis Baldwin the sophomore set to kickoff for the Wildcats.
And the kick goes by Thomas and all the way into the end zone for a Touchback.
So the Colquitt County Packers, will start at their 20-yard line.
Look of a miscue there by Thomas, making some Jitters early in the game.
Not expecting that type of, get another, get the girls for the see, this Coffee County team.
Go to work on our pain.
Start this game for the Packers are led by their quarterback Chase Parrish Fievel.
Parish who wears number four is complete an astounding 72 percent of his passes for 1437 yards.
18 touchdowns two interceptions.
That's 205 yards passing per game.
He's also run for a couple of 11 yards per carry when he does take off and run.
Five, wides for the Packers on the opening play looking for Shawn Bonner, the tight end as we take a look at the Region's Bank, starting lineup for the Packers on offense upfront to guards that go, 320 and Stokes and more.
Ty Lee, number 23, Kiel Pollard, the guy to watch with 37, they like to throw the ball around, even the running backs and shifted move right there to get around the defender and pick up the yards.
Ty Lee with his 17th catch of the season, coming off his best game of the year.
Last week in the 54:17 victory at Lee County is Battle leg injuries.
Most of the Season one-yard gain on the play, is the handoff goes to Nate Powell.
As we take a look at the Region's Bank starting lineup for the Wildcats on defense, Maxwell at defensive end, perhaps that best player on that defensive line, Todd Bradley the linebacker committed to Georgia.
Southern And in the secondary Antoine Kincaid, the strong safety kind of sets the barometer for that secondary.
There's Bradley the linebacker on second down and nine pairs back to pass and throws complete incomplete.
Ty Lee had it then they could not hold on to it.
Jalen Harold there to put the hit on him.
They're really dislodge the ball and the ball in the tough spot.
Kind of hang on to it.
Then he gets a hit right there.
Oh take it back.
This number three with the hit on that plays knocks the ball three, third down and nine James Bushwick.
Heavy, rush off the edge and going deep.
And it said he intercepted at the 24 yard line.
So Paris intercepted for just the third time this season, Jalen Temple.
The junior.
Safety was the closest guy to it and brings it in.
He's out there all alone.
Nobody catch the ball to him.
And he hauls it in for the interception turnover.
First of the game.
That could be really big for this Valdosta Genie.
So the Wildcats will take over First and Ten at the 20 to as Temple comes up with the pick and gets the ball into the hands of his offense and they are led by their quarterback.
Seth Shuman 61 185 pound senior in a three-year starter.
Handoff goes to Griffin, the running back and Griffin gets close to nine yards on the play.
As we take a look at the Region's Bank starting lineup.
Davis mccraney the right tackle, the Bell cow on that offensive line Wildcats playing without their top wide receiver.
Tonight Jamarcus Tyson with twenty six catches broke his foot last week.
A lot of pressure then on jonte Baker and Jacob McMillan to pick up the slack in the past.
Three days that's filled in motion behind the line.
Griffin runs for the first down, akivie, Bailey team-leading, 58 tackles coming into tonight's ballgame, made that stop right there.
Phillips leading that defensive line for Colquitt County will take a look at the rest of the Region's Bank starting lineup, Walker and Blakeley.
We told you about SEC caliber linebackers.
And in that secondary, Landon Scott with 50 tackles on the season.
So First and Ten from the 35, yard line Schumann, One Way, check soft Weiss steps up and throws and it is complete at the 39-yard line to McMillan.
Five-yard pickup.
Jacob McMillan with his 18th catch of the Season.
Just mentioned McMillan, how he's going to happen when step up with Tyson and the backup.
The Tyson Pro rata make the both out tonight near he is this Francis spot to help his quarterback out.
Makes the nice catch.
Yeah, Sam the Wildcats lose a lot of physicality in their passing game with the law.
Loss of Tyson's, a 63 200 pound wide receiver and Radha maker, who 64 180 Schumann rolling to his liking.
Jason Gibson was looking for Kuma at the 50-yard line.
Heavy pressure coming from the linebacker, the sophomore linebacker JJ Peterson, who coach Rich, folks likes a lot, throws it out there.
You got a green almost has a look what I found because number 10 and the dark Jersey just happens to be there.
Seemed like he doesn't know the pressures coming from Green, just misses an opportunity.
JJ Peterson, the 6-2 206 pounds sophomore broke.
Think she's going to be a big-time player.
This program, just attempts writer right now.
Third down and five from the 40 yard line.
Schumann complete, the pass catching a fumble.
It is scooped up by Singletary and he is going to take it back all the way that is a scoop and score.
By Quan Singletary.
The corner after jonte Baker made the catch and could not hold on to it.
What about the tunity?
Turnovers going one way Valdosta condemned exception in Napa hit the fumbled in the scoop and the score by Singletary.
Take another.
Look at it.
There's your CS G. Touchdown replay.
Ball comes free, singletary's are right place at the right time and nothing, but grass ahead of them.
Dee Walker, was the one who came up with the strip Singletary, with the scoop, and score and Martinez with the p80.
And in the opening, two minutes and 14 seconds.
It's the Colquitt county defense.
That gets the Packers on the board.
Xiumin, the completion Walker with the strip.
Singletary, with the score.
Football Fridays in Georgia on GPB is made possible in part.
By Regions Bank.
It's time to expect more George's.
Electric Membership Corporation lighting away, technical college system of Georgia.
Learn more earn, more Cigna together all the way and viewers like you.
Thank you.
It's hard to believe that something so small.
So delegate can grow to be so vital to Georgia families, businesses.
And our economy.
Agriculture is Georgia's number one industry, and a Georgia Farm Credit is proud to have helped Georgia grow for Generations.
Look for the Georgia, grown logo at your local grocery store, and thank a farmer next time.
You sit down for a meal, AG, Georgia, Farm Credit help.
In Georgia, grow for Generations.
Welcome back to the Hog Pen, 214 gone, and it's an early scoop and score for the hometown Packers all night long.
I will keep you up-to-date and kicking it.
Across Georgia in that segment will let you know what else is going on on a very big night when it comes to region action from single a, in the power rankings all the way up to here to region 16a.
Matt, and Sam strap in.
It's going to be a long night.
All right.
Thank you Nelly.
And how ironic saying that?
Here.
We have two offenses that between Combined her averaging more than 80 points per game.
In our first score, comes on the fender turnover.
How about that?
The defense puts points on the board and that's something.
I'm sure coach Propst is happy to see, but both coaches have to be a little concerned and we've had turnovers here, early in this game one each, but the one given up by Valdosta is the one that cost to talk with draws First Blood tonight.
So Colquitt County on top, As Louis Martinez will kick off.
Young man to coach Propst.
Not afraid to say, you think the best place kicker in the state of Georgia.
He doesn't mind saying it, over 64 percent of his kicks have been touchbacks this season.
Colquitt county has not lost since the semi finals of the 2013 state playoffs, where they lost a heartbreaker to Norcross 8:46 since that time, a school -record, 22, straight victories.
They've won 25 of their last 26.
Dating back to the end of the 2013 season and Martinez will boot it into the end zone non-returnable.
So the Wildcats 2nd posession will start at the 20 yard line.
As we take a look at the longest current winning streaks in the state right now, Colquitt County and Calhoun tied at 22 games, Mount Paran Christian and single a with 20, of course, the state record is 47 games set by Buford from 2001 to 2004 and Buford had another 42 game winning streak ended this season by McEachern.
Yep.
Remarkable.
What they do at the beaver, but very impressive, but has happened under the tutelage of that man's here.
Coach Propst.
And Colquitt County.
Well, they went four and six in his first season.
They've made it either to the semifinals for the finals in the subsequent, six seasons, since Greg Hoggle, our referee tonight and a five-yard Markoff against Valdosta, makes it at first and 15.
Griffin comes to the near side, singletary's who just had the scoop and score, lowers his shoulder and tackles him at the legs.
So they're helping them out, and to beat this walker.
Second down and 12 ball is at the 18 yard line.
Here comes the Blitz from Peterson passes, thrown incomplete trying to get the ball to Kuma and Peterson.
Who applied pressure earlier to Schumann.
Got a shot on him, coming on the blitz, right through the Gap.
And goes right here.
What should come up put some pressure on him.
He's got a clear shot and watches right there playing the great defensive.
Stop number 91, single carry have been quite a game.
I'm quite a first three minutes to the game.
Third down and 12.
Human under pleasure throwing off his back foot and Quan Singletary, is the closest guy to it that time jonte Baker, the intended target.
And you can see the impact of this Valdosta.
Passing game.
Missing Jamarcus Tyson who had twenty six catches for 536 yards this season over 20 yards per catch average before injuring his foot last week, against, if down, he's a big Target at 63.
So you miss the guy like that when he's not out there for you see were falling down.
Here on this play, no chance for completion there and the ball is going to go over.
Take the millon on the punt for the Wildcats.
McMillan averaging, 31 yards per kick on his 21 picks this season.
TL, Pollard stands deep and a flag comes out.
They took too much time.
The play clock ran out coach Propst was running down the sideline trying to get a timeout.
Do they have got it?
Let's check in with our sideline.
Reporter Rayven tirado Raven guys.
I just want to touch on Coach Propst.
You can basically say he has the Midas touch.
It's almost like everything.
He touches turns to Gold.
When he was at Hoover.
He built a fantastic program and out Colquitt County.
He's done the same, starting with the seventh graders, the six screened in sixth grade team, and the ninth grade team are only one losses and the 7th and 8th grade.
Tunes are undefeated, as well as the junior varsity and varsity teams, and then he's had 65 kids.
Sign to Collegiate team since And nine pretty remarkable.
Absolutely before probes got here Raven, the real only, real success Colquitt County had experienced came under coach, Jim Hughes who they won the 1994 State title, and her coach use played in the 1991 final reached the semi-finals four times, but outside of that this long history for Colquitt County dating back to Moultrie, High School 103 years of high school football.
It's really been to coaches use and then broke the brought them success.
MacMillan, nearly had the kick blocked and it's going to roll dead at the 43-yard line.
So great field position for Colquitt County as they go on offense here for the second time.
And that putt just ticked up, like, who's gonna bounce with few more yards and 25 yard punt, but he just checked up and stopped and pretty fair field position now for the Packers, as They go back on offense.
They'll spot it at the 42 -yard line a week ago.
Chase, Parrish, 310 yards passing 25 of 32 in the route of previously unbeaten, Lee County.
And now they'll go wild hog formation here and Ty Lee, the handoff up the middle.
But I leave will not hand off.
You'll just keep it and run it up the middle.
Ty Lee, one of the seniors and Coach Probst love and talk about the senior leadership on this team, 40 seniors, amazing, a lot of experience.
There's a direct snap fakes, the handoff calls his own number, but to Valdosta defense, is there?
Make them.
Stop Parrish, Insight screen goes to Potter.
He got a Blog PL Potter's flag out inside the 20 Pollard inside the 10 yard line, but it might be coming back.
What about long is going to take before we get to see you at the ball in his hands.
That was the 34 yard pick up, but it's going to be a race by the holding call.
Wow.
That is a young man that they look for any type of way to get him to touch.
Touch touch, the touch the ball, you're going to see them lined up just about anywhere on our fence.
You see him in the backfield some time.
You see him in the slot, you see him out wide so far.
So that's one of the things the coaches really loved about him.
So instead of a first and goal to go.
It's going to be second down and 14 way back.
The 46, the saw Pollard's numbers on the season team leading 37 catches for 555 yards 9, Russia's multiple.
Most of those have come out of their wild hog formation, but he scored six times on those nine carries.
Yep.
Yep.
He does the luck with these jeans.
Lee goes in motion to The Far Side.
Parrish, heavy Rush gets rid of it and it's complete.
The Bonner.
Big Sean Bonner, the tide in 15th, catch of the Season, that'll pick up a first down at the 25, yard line 21-yard pickup, what?
He's a big Target.
He hauls it in a big game for the Packers.
Nate Powell.
Tackle, that the 21-yard line.
Tackle made by Zach OB McClain there will linebacker to pass out there to bond with the tide in and look at him, takes the shot hangs on to it.
He's a big Target.
263 264 approach says he has the softest hands on the team, expects him to be a D1 signee as an HVAC at the next level.
Second down and seven.
We tyloo got a block on the Edge by Paula.
Nice block by Pollard, the spring extra yards for Lee and that's a first down.
I can see him jet Suite, got the blocks waiting for a minute, the block.
I was an 11-yard pickup First and Ten from the 11 Powell runs on the field.
Parrish play action, pass the time.
Now, he will take off in another Nifty moves by the quarterback.
Chase Parrish, third, rushing, touchdown of the Season Colquitt county has a 13 to nothing lose.
We talk so much about parachute, what he does.
The quarterback is completions, you know the way he spreads the ball around in his office.
One of the things they enjoy so much.
Everyone.
Everyone's covered.
This is what did you do?
Take another look, now our tcsg touchdown replay look at the wiggle.
He's got a little wiggle in him saying hey does come up a little move, right there comes up and boom.
There's a block another move and finds that pay dirt.
The quarterback second run that thing too.
Willie Martinez has never missed a PA T. It is Colquitt County Career now 132 4132 and the Packers have taken a two-touchdown lead.
What are stopped for the, what a start for this Colquitt County team tonight.
Scoring on offense, scoring on defense?
As we take a look at the Colquitt County Packers resume defending State Champs at 15 and 0, 22 game winning streak, which is tied for longest, in the state.
And it's the longest in program history, six straight appearances in.
Either the semifinals or the finals.
They played in the finals in 2000, and they played in it and won it last year in 2014, their region championship in.
2014 was also their fifth region Championship all time, but their first, since 1999, Friday nights down here in something truly special, man.
I've heard about it so much.
I've seen pictures people told me about it to be here and experience Friday night here at Colquitt.
It's quite remarkable and especially who the opponent is nice.
This is either special 390.
Fifth all-time meeting between these two relatively speaking, ancient Rivals here, in South Georgia series that began in 1813 the very first year that Moultrie high school started playing football at the goal line.
Rogers does not make it back to the 15.
Rogers gets stopped at the 13 yard line.
And once again Barry poor field position for Valdosta, they've already hurt themselves badly with one turnover, the led directly to seven points and then the poor field position on their second possession, led to a short field and a touchdown for the Packers number for Rakeem.
Hightower.
You know, I'm the stuff the Special Teams, you said, ancient rivalry and it is.
I suppose when you think of some of the rivalries.
We normally see in the Metro Atlanta area, the teams are yes, the two genes that are playing for the 95th time.
So First and Ten for the Wildcats from their own 13 yard line.
First Carry of the ball game for DeAngelo Williams.
Williams gets a couple of yards on the play.
Maybe three Williams, the senior running back.
176 yards, rushing on the season three point, six yards per carry and three touchdowns.
Second down and seven.
Williams again, no Running Room.
That time, the nose guard Quinton more making the tackle more with his 21st, tackle of the Season.
How about that?
But plugger, right over the center 63 to 70, senior number 92, Quentin more who fills it up?
Wildcats 0 for 2 so far on their third Downs.
This is a third and three from the 20 Baker and motion behind the line.
Third, straight running play and the Angelo Williams will not get there.
Got stopped dead in his tracks, big-time Tackle by akivie Bailey, the Mike linebacker.
What you see Cuts up and there's nothing there.
21 is there to greet him.
They leave with a nice stop.
They leave the 511 180.
One pound senior already with three.
Tackles in this first quarter.
58 tackles on the season coming into tonight and five tackles for loss and Valdosta finds himself punting.
Again.
Jacob McMillan stands at his six.
Heavy rush.
Just does get rid of it.
They kick away from Pollard.
It will roll out of Bounds at the 46 yard line.
So Colquitt County will begin, their third possession.
On the other side of the 50 as we check in with John Nelson, it is that time where we kick it around the state.
First stop, his Blessed Trinity in Westminster.
And right now, the Titans were in a bit of trouble.
They had a 3.
Nothing lead at Fritz or field, but as you see Westminster has scored We're halfway through the second quarter Westminster hovering around 500 leading, Tim McFarlin and Blessed, Trinity 73.
Other early action going on here in region.
One 6A Lee announced scoreless in the first Camden 7.
Nothing on tip back upstairs.
All right.
Thank you.
Nelly.
First and Ten for the Packers at their own 46 yard line as they go back on offense.
Ty Lee on the Kari.
Picks up about four yards on the play and Rance Gillespie.
That was one of the things he talked about as far as keys to the game.
He said you gotta watch for Ty, Lee Kiel.
Pollard gets a lot of attention and rightly.
So but Ty Lee is a big part of their offense and finally healthy, he's been that way the last couple of games, Nate towel on the carry and Powell to the 45 yard line.
As he picks up 50 yet another, another see On this Colquitt County team.
A bit of experience, he comes out to the sidelines there.
You see the numbers for him.
So far this season team leading 369 yards averaging just under 53 yards per game with three touchdowns rushing, third down, and one, and Paris goes in motion, Pollard, out of the wild.
Hog will pick up the first down and Pollard down to the 41 yard line, Pollard.
Doing what he does.
So First and Ten ball at the 41 yard line.
Parrish given time stands in there and fires, all a big hit on the back end.
How about Jalen temple with the big stick?
Jalen Timber with a big hit.
This Lodge.
Is that football trying to go to Tori Ponder on the pass play and he separates Condor from the football Hunter.
Looks like he's there right on time to make the catch.
It comes up the ball comes out, break defensive play temple had the interception earlier in this quarter and a Big Lick right there.
Second down Parish looking to this side and it is complete the Ty Lee at the 36 yard line Temple, making the tackle and what's week.
Once again, we see tightly we talked about how so much attention goes to parlor but number 23, when he's healthy can do things like that.
Not only running the ball, but coming out of the backfield and making The catch.
Ty Lee, seven offers including Georgia, Southern, Iowa, and South, Alabama.
Third down and four.
Paris to the side, throws on the Run.
That's a first down, 10 40, L power setup, who tackles and will make it into the end zone.
Something, what he is a sensational player.
Tcsg touchdown replay on the 36-yard.
Touchdown pass to Kiel Pollard, shakes one Defender shakes, the second one, all the way in for the touchdown.
Martinez makes it 21 to nothing less than 10 minutes into the game.
The Packers have jumped out to a 3 touchdown lead on the Wildcat.
Let's look at more Kiel Pollard.
Here.
He is making the catch shake your Defender against the break from a second one, you know, Matt.
There's a guy used to love to watch the play of the University of South Carolina that Ward.
Number two, back in the day and Chart and use them exactly the same way.
You'd like them up in the backfield.
You just put them in the splott.
You sit them out wide, he returns kicks your returns, but and he doesn't really accept.
This guy has little more power to ya, as we take a look at the Colquitt County.
Recruiting prospects.
Ucj Blakely top-rated prospect on this roster, committed to Tennessee Kiel, Pollard who just had the 36-yard touchdown, catch committed to Arkansas and head coach rushed.
Pope says, Hogg's gonna have to work really hard to hold onto parlor.
Dee Walker 21 offers, including Tennessee, Kentucky and Louisville.
Ty Lee seven offers, Georgia, Southern Iowa, and South Alabama, and Rakeem Hightower the cornerback with 12 offers on his resume.
That is something that this man takes so much pride in the fact of how many players come out of this program.
Don't just play great football here for Colquitt County, but they move on to get the opportunity to play for the next level.
He is very proud of that.
And the kick will not be returned by Rogers.
So the ball comes out to the 20 yard line and that's where the Wildcats already down.
Three touchdowns will go back on offense.
Assess schumann's.
Got some catching up to do a week ago.
They were down 23 7 at halftime to Tift County, and they were able to come back and win the game.
They'll have to have an even bigger, come back than that, tonight Schumann fires complete, the battle for the ball.
He was fighting with Kwan Bailey for possession and feel.
Comes down with the catch.
And you see Seth Shuman the number to Pastor.
The state of Georgia 265 yards per game.
Right behind Mac green of hate Ville, Chase.
Parrish number 19 on the list at 1437 yards on the season.
So First and Ten ball at the 30 yard line Tim Griffin on the carry.
Griffin gets a couple of yards on the play Griffin.
The 510 180 pound senior.
Under two minutes to play here in the first quarter.
Feel with this second catch on this series, calls it in at the 39 yard line.
The Schumann was right under the gun you do.
It's going to take a big hit, but he still delivered, that password of completion.
Take a look at it here with big time for shot.
Still complete, the pass, Beatrice Walker with the hit on that flight deal.
Now with 18 catches on the season, third down and short, that's a first down catch.
By Kuma at the 44 yard line Kuma with his seventh catch of the Season that picks up six and enough to move the sticks and chianti, green was there for the Stop.
Number 10?
What's up?
So First and Ten ball is at the 44 yard line.
Griffin on the carry Ty Phillips.
The defensive tackle makes the stop, just a couple of yards on that blood.
Ty Phillips, 63 230 pound, senior 28 tackles on the season and a team-leading seven tackles for loss.
Second down and eight.
Xiumin intercepted by Landon Scott.
Scott got a block and then trip to the 50-yard line.
And if that interception stands, it'll be the first pick that Schumann is thrown all season.
We'll see what the black is.
So that interception would be a race that will be a pass interference call on the Packers.
Take a look at it once once more Schumann throws.
And the deflections goes right up into the air.
And number seven, Scott.
Just happens to be there.
Pass interference against the corner, back to Mary, Alice Walker erases, the interception by Landon Scott.
Has the Wildcats avert disaster at least for the moment.
The officiating crew is going over this, right?
We got both coaches out on the field.
So that'll be a first down for the Wildcats as they mark off the penalty against jamarius Walker.
Okay, so First and Ten now, for the Wildcats at the Packers 38-yard line, their best field position of the game comes with 12 seconds, left in the first quarter.
DeAngelo, Williams is met in the whole B Walker with a big solo stop.
He's been very active and that is the end of the first quarter ends with Walker's, six tackles for loss this season.
And the Colquitt County Packers at home, in command started with the defensive score scoop and score by Quan Singletary, and then the touchdown run by Parish in later.
Pollard got into the end zone to make it 21 to nothing.

This isn't just any team.
This is your home team.
Okay, it's not about a team or B team.
It's not about your boss, telling you to be a team player or to take one for the team.
No home team is about Pride.
It's about standing strong pulling together and going crazy about a bad call, you know, is right.
But because it was against your home team.
It must be wrong.
Look, some people just don't get it because it's not their team, but Farm Bureau Insurance does because everyone needs a home team for insurance.
And we are that Welcome Back to Football, Fridays in Georgia.
And guys, I want to talk about Coach Gillespie and the Valdosta head coaching job.
It's a one to be comparable to Alabama or Notre Dame and what I mean by that, it's a pressure cooker, type a job.
This is a program that's had 896 victories since it's been a school.
That's the most of any school in the country.
Also, he's 12 not himself, but got us is 124 state titles between 1950 and 1990.
Me too, but they haven't won one since 1998.
These people are itchy.
I know it's just High School football, but it means something they want another State title.
Thank you Raven.
You're right.
14 of the 24th state titles came under the legendary Coach Wright, Bazemore seven, more into the legendary Nick Hider and Rance.
Gillespie told his, you know, some of the nightmares that you hear about.
Yep.
Well, they're dead on and some are just folklore.
It's probably not nearly as bad as some people make it out to be but There's no question Ravens right on the money.
It is a pressure cooker in Valdosta Schumann, they told the screencast and Griffin gets inside the 35 yard line seven-yard pickup for Tim Griffin, who plays a big role in the passing game for Valdosta?
Even more.
So with the two big wide receivers out of the ballgame tonight.
Portage 7 JJ Peterson there for the stop.
For Colquitt on that play third down and five from the 34-yard line.
Handoff, DeAngelo, Williams.
Not going anywhere.
J day, Peterson and Ty Phillips, there to make the tackle for the Packers.
Look at Philips.
Very active young, man.
Having a great season.
Taking a look at what happened.
This play.
There's Pizza getting started Bill instead of helping finish it up.
This is a Colquitt county defense.
It probably doesn't get it to do but under new defensive coordinator, Jimmy Ralph surrendering, does 14.4 points per game.
Subin under a heavy Rush being chased by Philip heaves, it downfield and nearly intercepted Again by Landon, Scott Shuman just running for his life right now.
Credible pressure.
By the front line of Colquitt County, chasing Schumann, no pressure throughout this game.
Tonight, been a rough night for Schumann and the Valdosta.
Wildcats, as the ball goes over on downs.
And the Packers, take over at the 35 yard line.
Rance Gillespie won two state titles at Peach County also, coached, at Banks County offensive coordinator, Georgia Southern for three years before taking the Valdosta, John Parish going for the Home.
Run.
Got Kylie out there pink, 65 yards, never broke stride perfectly thrown pass, Kylie Hall.
Six more for the Packers.
Ty Lee with his third touchdown, catch of the season.
And perish touchdown pass number 20 Martinez, makes it 28 to nothing Sam.
Let's take a look at the tcsg touchdown replay.
First of all, Parish has lots of time.
Look at the time.
He has throws it out there and there's lie in stride.
Making the catch, and all the way in for the score.
I tell you what the timing on that play between parish and Lee was perfect.
That's number five, James Rogers.
Right there, trying to get the deflection.
He doesn't make the play.
And leave makes the catch that's on back during the summer and you talk about what parents was able to do that.
They were in Atlanta.
They were in the Metro Atlanta area, a couple of times.
And some are four seven on seven tournaments.
And I remember seeing the parish throw some passes to too tightly during those 2707 tournament.
They've worked on this.
A lot during the during the summer sea during the summertime and they bring it out right now.
It's what they love to do.
There.
They are.
Ty Lee already has three catches for 90 yards as I mentioned before battle leg.
Problems first six games of the Season, really kind of finally got healthy at his coming out party.
Last week against Leake County had seven catches for 137 yards, also rushed for 43 yards, and he looks like he's really hitting stride here in game number eight of the season.
Chase Rogers, who was on the coverage of Kylie on that?
Touchdown catch now stands deep to receive the kickoff.
And I believe Colquitt County was offsides on the kickoff.
We'll come back and re kick from the 35 home team off to a 28 -nothing start.
If we still got 10:28 to go in the first half.
So Martinez will kick off again from the 35-yard line.
Late man, running on the field for Colquitt County.
Time for the 1-yard line comes Rogers.
And Rogers out to the 21-yard line and that's where the Wildcats will go back on offense and already down four scores less than 14 minutes into this game.
Question.
Now, what can that guy do?
Bring this team and get them in and get some points on the board here in the second quarter, Sam.
The one thing Rance.
Gillespie steam cannot do is get it all back on one play.
They'll have to start chipping away and then they'll have to get some stops on defense, too.
DeAngelo Williams on the carry, Landon Scott.
The safety came up and made the first hit.
Pick up a four on the play for DeAngelo Williams, and you're right.
You can't get it all back quickly.
Now.
The first thing you have to do is sit really sustain a drive.
One, way of stopping caulking.
Scoring is really to keep the ball away from them, and I'm sure that's something they want to do.
Cuban fires.
That's completely jonte Baker at the 33 yard line and that will move the sticks for the Wildcats jonte Baker.
There's six foot two.
Oh five, Junior tied in came into the game with 20 catches on the season with Tyson out.
Now with that fractured foot.
He is their top receiver statistically.
Shuman through 4234 in the comeback Victory against Tift County last week.
MacMillan makes the catch at the 34 yard line got twisted like a pretzel on The Tackle by Kiante green and fortunately looks like he's okay.
He hung on to it.
And that's the most important thing.
Look pretty awkward the way you went down and the tackle was made.
Thankfully pop right up and he's just fine.
It doesn't look good.
Able to get right back up and he still let me get 160 pound, senior wide receiver.
Also.
Their punter in a guy that Rance Gillespie says, he's one of the best athletes on the team, the Angelo Williams gain of one on that blood.
Ty Phillips again on another tackle, get a lot of action on that defensive line for the Packers tonight.
Now we got a third and long situations.
You want to try to stay out of.
If you bounce this.
You know, what caused, what does they dial up?
The pressure.
See if they bring it to was 147.
It's got this game.
That goes to MacMillan.
The first time you saw him spin up field and scoop for the first down as McMillan has his second catch of the shoe.
But he knew the pressure was coming stands in there.
Delivers the past to McMillan.
Who makes the catch and then a Nifty move for more yards.
So a first down for the Wildcats at the 47-yard line, their own 47.
McMillan, also serves as a backup quarterback on this Wildcats team Griffin on the carry, trying to get to the outside.
Will not be able to turn the edge, the safety Kiante, green got there first.
Gillespie had high.
Praise for Griffin this week.
Not only, of course.
Is he good with the football in his hands?
Which you got to be, if you're going to be a running back in this region, but he says, he's really valuable to this Valdosta team Sam, when he doesn't have his hands on the football, especially good in pass protection.
And that isn't, that's probably one of the reasons that's helped Schumann.
Put up the numbers that he's put up this year, second down and seven.
Going to run, picks up the first down and more.
And all the way down inside the 25 yard line on the big run of 25 yards for step Junior.
Take a look at it here.
He isn't going to come right up the middle.
Take a look at it.
Opens up form takes off and runs green.
Shoestring tackle.
He doesn't make it.
You may have gone all the way for the score.
So First and Ten for the Wildcats back down and package territory against the ball.
And fortunately for the Wildcats Griffin was there to fold on top.
But as they lose about five yards, all that work Shuman just took his eyes off of, yeah.
Yep.
It's all.
It's all.
But I think if they can use their see if they can recover from this second down and 15.
Now.
Rance Gillespie says schumann's the best quarterback.
He's ever coached going for the end zone and Kuma got turned around Kuma turned in Schumann through to his back shoulder and it's going to be third down on the cover.
This Cost You Less be really is high on it.
On his quarterback keeps a lot of braids on what is comparing to the quarterbacks that he's coached in the past.
He's going around a lot of success, but he feels like pounds or found.
This guy is better than any of them.
Guy named Brian Ellis.
That's LED them to a couple of state titles when he was at Peach town.
He went on to be a quarterback at UAB, human heavy Rock, throwing on the run and throws at the feet of Beale, and it's going to be fourth down.
I'm guessing, let's see if they go for it.
I mean, you're down, 28 nothing.
I'm guessing you're going to go for it right here.
They've already gone for it once on fourth down and fail, and they'll go for it again on tuck.
Very Difficult fourth and 15 going for the home, run over here.
Anytime and McMillan, can catch up with it.
And the ball will go over all down here to be great.
Okay, dare to be great.
Understand what I'm talking about.
Okay, so many times people.
Don't lay it all out there.
Don't let it all out there because they don't like that feeling of feeling vulnerable.
Okay, a feeling that they may not get exactly what they want at the end of the day, so they hold just a little bit back.
My God, don't you Hold nothing back tonight?
Rance Gillespie in the locker room prior to tonight's Ball Game and his team.
Very vulnerable right now down 28 to nothing with six minutes to play in the half.
Powell on the carry up to the 36 yard line.
Powell replacing the Packers, all-time leading rusher Siam King this year.
Who's now at Kentucky, he's still down looks like Powell is hurdle in the blood, they've had to make do without that stud.
Running back this year.
Here's another look at it and you watch it.
The end of the play like he's trying to struggle for another yard or to the way he comes down there, wolf right there that left Flex left, ankle, Maybe, I left foot second down, as Merritt gets his first Carry of the ball game.
Rafael Merritt, brings up a third down and short.
Now.
They were expecting to have a replacement for Siam.
Keep this year who's here at the ball game and we're going to talk to him in the second half.
But unfortunately, the guy that was supposed to replace the tiger up, Jones, arrested on murder charges during the summer.
Here in Moultrie, Georgia and just this week has seven, young men were indicted, all those murder charges and that happened the week actually of Independence Day weekend the week that the team got to be off the week before they had been in Rosen for the seven-on-seven tournament that I spoke of that, they won and that happened on the off week.
And here's another look, we run tries to laser the ball to Pollard and a flag out on the play.
You Talked with Coach Propst about that about a member of this team being in trouble this summer, and he shakes his head.
And he says that's why they do so much with this team.
Getting them to seven on seven tournaments and stressing the importance of wanting to get that opportunity to play at the Collegiate level as white takes so much pride in it.
And, you know, he was really sad about this young man.
Now, we'll miss that opportunity.
Well, Grump Jones indicted, as well as two former Colquitt County, Packers.
He's well, I keep hinkins and Brad, with who also members.
On last year's state championship team, three of the seven teenagers that will go on trial for murder charges of 68 year old job Hester.
First and Ten ball at the 36.
Up the middle Parish to the 30-yard line.
Tackle made by Todd Bradley.
Brings up a second down from the 36.
Paris, keep it again.
Get the first down, Paris inside the 20 yard line following the lead of Seth Shuman.
Picks up 12 yard.
We already see them one for rent.
Run for one touchdown tonight.
We showed you.
When he has to, he can move.
And as you said earlier, you got a little wiggle, too.
First down and ten Pollard, they run the screen and Pollard down to the 12 yard line.
Antoine Kincaid, making the tackle for the Wildcats, pick up a five on the play down to four minutes to play in the half.
I lured Bound for, Arkansas.
Committed to the Razorbacks on September 25th.
Ty Lee and he will get into the endzone, a flag out at the goal line, 12 yard touchdown, run up and stand and then maybe like a last one little block.
That was a push right there near the 1 yard line that that's what he's calling.
Wow.
Then probably unnecessary with tile.
He's great speed.
He was going to get in by himself.
They're worried at all.
It seemed to be necessary at all.
You like he was bound to score on that plate.
Take one more look just before round around, the two-yard line, here.
He is, getting to the outside gets we've met Defender, one more Defender there.
I will show everyone, throw a flag on that.
Can I suppose?
We'll see if it only delays the inevitable.
Now, the Packers getting into the end zone and dispossession, but it does erase the touchdown run by Ty Lee.
So, now second down and nine with the ball.
Back at the 16-yard line.
And incomplete Bonner, made the catch along the sideline, but they really didn't get his feet and bounce third down.
Look at the big fella, big Target without their wear those feet wear those feet there.
Now.
The only thing you could possibly rule there is that he was juggling the ball as he was going out of bounds.
They take a look at it there.
It looks like he's got his foot down and bounce right there.
Yeah, he's juggling the ball.
Look at that.
Okay.
Good call by the officials third down and nine.
Eighth play of the drive.
Paris.
Rome the pope right up, the middle and perished inside, the line, James Bush.
Where Sadie from getting into the end zone, at least for now.
Once again, Barry shows you is that reluctant to run it if need be and now he's on the sideline.
Yeah, they'll go back to their wild hog formation and a timeout called by Bautista.
With 303 to play in the half and Colquitt County looking to score again and leading 28 to nothing.

Half Colquitt County with a 28 to nothing lead on Valdosta.
Matt Stewart, Sam Crenshaw, John Nelson, Rayven tirado and the GPB army with you.
In Moultrie, Georgia 95th all-time meeting between these two Rivals, Valdosta leads, the all-time series with 65 wins out of the first 94, but Colquitt County going for their third consecutive win in the series.
Having one last year 22:14 in Valdosta and The 9:41 here, 2 years ago at Mack Tharpe Stadium.
Pollard takes the snap and Pollard will run it in for the touchdown.
No, the ball out and let's see who's on top of that.
And Pollard comes up out of there, holding the football.
And let's see how it's got the Hook-Up somehow.
He has the balls still no signal from the officials.
They say it's Val dust has ball.
They call it a Touchback.
Well, we'll certainly have to see that because Pollard was the guy who came out of the pile with the football in his hand.
Like you broke the plane with the ball and then it came out.
Look here.
Watch the replay.
Let's see if he's in the end zone.
Nope, ball.
That gets in its in and who gets on.
Top of it.
Look, it's still in there.
Well, good luck.
Trying to figure that out.
But Pollard was the guy who did come up with it out of here Mi.
You know, it doesn't necessarily mean.
He was the guy who came up with it, but he was the guy who stood up with it.
Yeah.
You got a hit right around the two, that came out.
So, if I'll toss the Dodges that one.
The Wildcats are back in business.
So the Wildcats take over at the 20.
DeAngelo Williams, tripped, as he crosses the line of scrimmage and picks up just a couple of yards on the blood.
Never mind.
Wildcats one and one in the region they are tied with Lee County for the third and fourth spot.
And the reason why these games are so big in region one is because there's only six teams in the region.
Only five reason game the short season.
There's little margin for error who lost his might keep you out of the playoffs.
Looks like a busted play and Schumann will make the most of it.
He runs for a first down.
As we check in with Jon Nelson.
All right, let's take it in single a where you've got to look at Power Rankings, Charlton, and Wilcox in Region 2.
Been going at it all night Charlton, had a 72 lead.
You see the score right there at 9:47 right now as they're getting close to the half Wilcox County in the 20s, in the power rankings need a lot of help and a lot of wins Charlton.
Looks like they're in right now in the top.
16 back upstairs.
All right.
Thank you.
Delhi for the update First and Ten for the Wildcats at the 31-yard line.
Xiumin, trying to get the ball to Kuma crew behind e. Brings up a second down and ten.
Gillespie says, he really cannot understand why schumann's not getting more.
Looks, he is being recruited by Valdosta State and West Georgia, second down and 10.
But he's the state's number to pasture in passing yards.
Throws to The Far Side like a first down for Kuma and more.
Antonio Puma brought down at the 50 yard line by akivie Bailey brake, lights up to the catch there by cool.
And makes the catch and turns it up.
Field gets a block to help him out 19 yard pickup on the place block.
They're picking up yards.
First and Ten from the 50s.
Schumann throws complete to McMillan.
Who turns the corner?
Tripped up as he goes out of bounds high-res.
Barge making the tackle, but that should be enough or close to enough.
Not quite the first down at the 42 is a sense of bird.
You said, you want to get some points on the board here.
Before half-time.
There's your quarterback.
She moves into his to its left side.
It's a completion and the presence of mind to get out of bounds and stop that clock, second down and two.
Steady rush and a quarterback, sack for the Packers Jacoby Steely with his third, sack of the Season drop Schumann.
On the other side of the 50, watch The Blitz scheele comes unmolested.
Right up the middle and gets the takedown.
Great twisting Blitz by Jacoby scheele.
They were able to tie up the Right Guard, Jared Allen, and then she lie just took a run right through the Gap and that's a big brother right there, Todd Phillips.
Also helping them get the job finished.
Third down and 13.
Heavy Rush Peterson chasing down the sack back in the 40s.
JJ Peterson with the quarterback, sack Wildcats going in reverse.
Peterson.
Untouched off the edge.
Nobody puts a hand on him.
Packers just bringing more than the Wildcats offensive line can block right now.
I like she lie.
She lie with the quarterback sack.
He was never touched Peterson.
The quarterback sack.
He was never touched back -to-back.
Quarterback sacks.
Looks like it will kill the Valdosta drive and import them.
20 coming up that stuff about dogs.
Do they get some movement?
Has some things going forward.
We Schumann had some big completions.
We like they were going to credit themselves in scoring position and get some points on the board.
They're going to the locker room.
That will be important for this Valdosta team.
Every week on GPB Georgia traveler Criss crosses the state looking for the most fun friendly and often free activities to enjoy with the whole family from Atlanta to Savannah the mountains to the coast.
See all the best Georgia has to offer on Georgia traveler now on Thursdays at 8, only on GPB.
So it went from Second down into the fourth down and 20 back-to-back sacks of - 18 yards and really it gives Valdosta only one choice.
And that's the pun here because you can't go for it here and give a short field to Colquitt County with a minute to play in the half.
Third punt of the night now for MacMillan.
Dangerous Return Man.
Back for this win, Pollard stands at the 25.
You want to try to pick away from did with you can that's a hike if he's got a call, a fair Catch and he dropped the ball and then fell on top of it at the 30, but wow, 51 seconds left in the half and 70 yards.
That's a blink of an eye for this Colquitt County offense.
You do have time to get more points on the board before the half you say yes.
Is under a minute.
That's that's nothing for Rush Propst in this offense.
Averaging 46 points per game.
They've scored 42 points or more in six of their seven games and the only game they didn't was a 37, 27 win against Crisp County.
Paris swings it out here.
The tiny, he got slippery to Across the 50 yard line, 24 yards per cup cocoa, but yards out of the backfield, making the catch and just making them miss another one.
Big.
Another tackle intent pass is complete to Isaiah Thomas at the 44-yard line.
10th catch of the season for Thomas who leads the team at just under 27 yards per catch and they just come at you in waves with these wide receivers.
Pass thrown complete with another one Potter at the, 27, yard line.
Why don't you that three different wide receivers?
They go leak.
They go Thomas then they go Ponder and I'm guessing Pollard probably going to be next 17-yard pickup at the 28 yard line.
Nice catch by Ponder and he hangs onto it.
It takes a shot there, knocking them out of bounds, but he hangs on.
Propst says, this is the deepest wide receiver core.
He has ever told they've got eight, nine guys.
They can play pitch and catch rate and they do it all night long.
Here Comes The Rush up, the little, they protect Parish, they go deep for Thomas and he could not run under, it Jalen Temple who had a interception back in the first quarter in the coverage right there and it's going to be second down with eight seconds.
Let's see, they'll probably take one more shot.
They are certainly within the range of Willie Martinez for a field goal.
He's got to 50-plus field goals in his career.
Be careful with the time, the only eight seconds to load up and fire in the middle of town.
How in the world, unbelievable even the mistake go there was that was an interception that popped rice into the hands of TL Pollard for the touchdown.
Look what.
That would be an interception.
For.
Sure.
The ball is deflected into the air, but who's there to haul it in?
But number two, himself, every time I watch this guy play does something amazing, and he is in for the score.
Your tcsg touchdown replay rachet, March the free.
Safety for the Wildcats, popped it into the air and Pollard was there to pluck it out of the air, and walks into the end zone for the score and it is 35 to nothing.
We wonder if 58 seconds would be enough time, Matt.
No, I did not.
Here it is.
The past, the deflection is right in the air.
But what the concentration?
Yeah.
Pollard touched it.
Then March touched it and then Pollard grabbed it and Pollard score.
Probably never took his eye off of it.
Never took his eye off that ball.
Here's what rush Propst had to say, to his team in the locker room before the game, the 40 seniors.
If we got And what everything that we've been giving us, and we've been put on that so-called pedestal and everybody's trying to knock this off.
You're on an historic Street.
There's no doubt about it.
And there is no doubt about it.
They've won a school-record 22 consecutive games.
They are well on their way to making it 23 here tonight with a 35 to nothing lead on Valdosta.
Just one second left in the half.
Can a bedraggled Valdosta team anxious to get to the locker room?
Squid pic taken by green or Baker.
Pardon me, Dante, Dante Baker goes down at the 31 yard line.
That's the final play of the first half.
What happened was for Colquitt County?
A 35 to nothing lead for the Packers as we check in with Jon Nelson.
Thank you very much.
Matt down here with the coach.
I know this is the kind of performance that you want out of your hand.
That's part of what it didn't go, right in the first half.
Yeah, that well, the first drive Chase was in a, I don't know what zone you call that, but he wasn't in his own, throws the ball and worked all week long.
So he wasn't zoned in very good, the first series and then, you know, down, are, you know, key ill for most of all, that's a fumble.
I mean even get mad.
Only want to the bottom line is, I told him right before he goes out.
It's you got three Downs to get three yards.
Don't do anything stupid.
Don't stick the ball.
Protect the ball at all cost, and he fumbles evolved, they get the ball.
All right.
Thanks for your time.
Good luck in the second half Army halftime show starts right now.

Are you smarter question?
I have not seen it.
It's time to go multiple choice Valdosta claims James or a punch as a native.
Son.
What famous Christmas song did James Lord Pierpont right was at a jingle bells.
Be blue Christmas or see Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer.
Oh goodness.
I can I phone a friend.
It is a jingle bells actually that he wrote and And the information that goes with it Pierpont wrote Jingle Bells.
In 1857.
The song was meant for a Thanksgiving program at a church in Savannah, where Pierpont was an organist, but the song was so popular.
It was sung again on Christmas Day and thus became one of America's most enduring Christmas carols.
Thank you very much, Lisa.
Thank you for hanging out with us.

We're here and we're going to run to about here.
All right, you're right.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, I think that they should add jumping around and stands on Friday night as an activity that you can log because you probably work up a sweat doing that.
Oh, plenty of it.
All right, Mark back to you.

And we want to course.
Thank all the people who made this trip by GPB Sports to Moultrie.

All right.
We're about to do our Mascot Challenge, one of my favorite things that we do first.
Owing to go and sit on the balloons, then they've got to go and run to about the eat and spell out their school's name.
Both of the school's names have eight letters, Colquitt Valdosta and then they will throw some footballs through the hoops and then run through the Finish Line.
All right, guys, you ready?
All right, who's gonna win?
Is it gonna be the Haggadah Wildcat on your mark?
Get set, go.
All right.
It looks like the Packer one.
I don't know if there was cheating, but it's fine either way, good job a wildcat and hog.
All right, back over to you with a set.

That's right.
We got to check in with John Nelson.
Is in the principal's office and let me tell you the new principal's office at Colquitt County.
High School is a pretty nice place to visit.
John.
It is here with Stephanie Terrell, and I know that Mark just talked about the new high school.
Go ahead and tell us about it.
It is a wonderful new facility at state-of-the-art.
We have wonderful technology.
Our students and our staff are very proud of it, and we are all very proud of it.
It is a beautiful facility, and we're very thankful for our citizens of Colquitt County for supporting us with that.
And I know you want to do celebrate real quick, right.
We're also going to try to do celebrate my drive again this year with State Farm.
We're hoping to partner with them.
We're hoping Be one of the skulls chosen.
We have a chance to win a hundred thousand dollar Grant and all that goes back to help our students.
Alright time to play.
Are You Smarter?
It's a question.
I have not seen.
Here we go.
The question is the cemetery at the Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church in Moultrie, has a stone monument.
That may not be one of a kind, but is certainly rare.
Is it a, a granite alligator?
Be a plaster replica of the Leaning Tower of Pisa or see a white marble elephant.
I've actually seen this and it is a white marble elephant.
That is correct and ding.
Ding the elephant commemorates Moultrie native William F. Duggan who ran away from home to join the circus when he was 12, got a job, taking care of elephants fell in, love with him.
Eventually bought his own circus and when he died his son decided to pay tribute by having a life-size replica of his dad's favorite elephants.
And there you can see it for yourself here in Moultrie.
Thanks for being a great host will send it back to the set.
All right, High School football would not be the same without the band.
Let's face it.
So a big part of what makes high school football.
So special is the band and here at Colquitt County.
It's the 50 as they call themselves.
They're on the field right now.
Let's listen in.
The 50 will be in the 2015 Dunkin Donuts, Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Show theme Here is black and gold.
So you could probably imagine why.
Alright, the Colquitt County marching band brought to you by Regions Bank.
Let's check out.
Now some scores around the state on the Georgia.
EMC scoreboard.
We've got Camden County leading Tift County by a touchdown Grace and Lead Central Gwinnett 1:46.
In the second Roswell, all over Pope.
It is Archer leading Shiloh 6:39, the first mceachin over North Paulding, 28-7, Northside Warner Robins over Warner Robins of that, huge game there.
6:36 in the second.
We've got Houston County over Jones County by a field goal.
County leads.
Effingham, it is Cartersville top-ranked than five.
A leading Northwest Whitfield 32 6 and up to Lee leaving, Mary persons and then defeated Mary person, Steve 14 to 7 in the second.
It's going to be an action packed season here on football Fridays in Georgia.
So, let's show you the schedule brought to you by the Georgia ENC next week.
We head to Woodward Academy for a big Region, 5 more a match up with the fighting Patriots of Sandy Creek, on October 30th.
It's the Archer Tigers taking on the Dacula.
Falcons just in time for Halloween.
And the last week of the regular season is still to be determined, then it's on to the postseason.
And we are with you all the way through the playoffs.
Then on to the Georgia, Dome for the state championships on December 11 and 12 were with you all season long.
John Nelson.
Now joins us for another edition of back roads, and back to back fields, brought to you by the Georgia cotton commission Natural Choice for Georgia.
And it seems this week you travel to Manchester Georgia to check in with a coaching staff, That's All in the Family.
Two big names.
Seems a lot of letters, a lot of tradition.
And when you think One retires and he's asked to come back.
There's one person he can't say no to, it's his son.
Here's your story.
Let's admit this up front.
It's a little weird to see Dwight hochstetler wearing Manchester blue instead of Bowden red, but after 37 years as a head coach, his last 27, in West Georgia, he hung up his whistle after 345 career wins at the end of last season, but then his OC gets a head coaching gig in Manchester so much.
Are being retired.
Oh, yeah.
That new head coach.
His son.
Evan.
Well, I like it a lot especially since you never once my son and I You know, when you got this job and I was first, when he asked to come with him and you know, I was I just retired and I might have been retired week and then all of a sudden he asked me so no only got the coach with him, three years on the sidelines.
So I thought it'd be a great opportunity.
And he's done a fantastic job here.
And to say, the vibe is different.
You bet it is.
I mean, he'll get onto you and he's the lightest one out there.
Most of the time, like, if we, if one of our kids, As though we don't make a Blog, we know it right then and there he will.
Let us know when he'll sometimes we pulled off to the side.
So you need to go get this guy.
Turn your shoulders.
Turn your body and all that.
I mean, I like him a lot bad.
Like the momentum went from, like this kid.
Little like the whole team.
It just shifted from low to high.
So, the sun is now running the show with some of the most experienced help you can get, and they wouldn't change a thing.
I don't see too much of me in him.
Obviously.
He is very Successful beforehand, but right now we're together.
We're just making memories that you don't get the opportunity to make that many memories with her father at the workplace and it's a special bond.
I know a lot of sun do not get the opportunity to work with her father, but we, every minute we spend on the practice field watching film in the game.
We're making memories right now.
They are indeed this segment.
Once again, back, roads and back fields, brought to you, by the Georgia cotton commission.
The Natural Choice for Georgia and t-shirts, nice t-shirt.
You got at the square today.
It is.
All right time.
Now for our career, play of the game presented by the technical college system of Georgia, looking for a career that help sustain our environment.
Look to the technical college system of Georgia, choose a career in sustainable technology, like solar power environmental, engineering, natural resources management.
And many more get Hands-On instruction from tcsg instructors with real-world experience.
Change your life.
Let tcsg help you find a career and a job, tcsg.edu.
Alright, the first half is in the books.
What do you think?
I think a tall task lies ahead for the Valdosta Wildcats.
They got to be ready to play.
But I tell you what, rush Propst I can guarantee you went into that locker room saying it's 0 0, second, half up.
35 means nothing, right?
He wasn't happy at half time with the score.
Yeah.
All right.
It's time now for the Wildcats in the Packers and the second half is coming your way.
What kind of backup the Matt Stewart and sand Crenshaw?
Well, trust me Rance, Gillespie would take 00 right now.
If Rush Propst would agree to do that, but unfortunately for the Wildcats that's not the case.
35-nothing Colquitt County with the lead and very much in route to perhaps the biggest all-time victory for Colquitt County ever against Valdosta.
That came last year, a 28 -point victory, 4820 most points ever scored.
By Colquitt County in this 94-year series, of course, is the 95th season and the 28 point margin of Victory.
Also, the largest and they've got a great shot, the script Chase Parrish, and the Packers of shattering that record, as we take a look at the first half highlights.
Started with the pass to jonte Baker separated from the ball, by Dee Walker and the touchdown by Quan Singletary.
And then it was the Colquitt Colquitt County Packers offense.
That took over Chase Parrish with the 11 yard touchdown run.
The 36-yard touchdown pass to PL.
Pollard made it 21 nothing in the third quarter and then watch this thing of beauty right here in Strife.
Highly never break stride runs under the 65-yard touchdown pass from parish and then you know things are going right when the ball is popped into the air and Kiel Pollard on the receiving end of that 28-yard touchdown cash in a 35 to nothing lead Sam.
As we take a look at the The first half stats.
Look at the stats there and they tell you a lot, the passing yards by Colquitt and also things they've done to just total yards in offense.
Look at this when they started the possessions down to the bottom, on the, on 19th of aldosterone, their own 47 for Colquitt.
Let's check in with Jon Nelson down on the field.
Thank you very much man here with the coach.
I guess the biggest question is what you tell them at the half, especially with what happened at the end of the half.
Yeah, you know, we're playing a good football team.
That's made some good football plays.
We got to, we got to make some of our own.
So obviously down it's taking it a possession at a time.
Is it just breaking it down into its most simple Parts?
Yeah.
I told him I wanted to see him play hard every single day on in the second half and would see what happened.
Good luck in the second half, send it back upstairs for the start of the third quarter.
All right.
Thank you.
Nelly Rance.
Gillespie has not been on the receiving end of this kind of ball game for quite some time.
116 and 49 is all-time record in 14 Seasons as a head coach, but Colquitt County on the verge of a historic victory, over Valdosta tonight.
It would be the worst ever loss for Valdosta at the hands of Colquitt County and I was on the Georgia, high school, football historians association website and half time tracking back.
And the most points that I can see that Valdosta, sir.
Under it.
I was able to get back to 1968 in the most points.
I can see that Valdosta has surrendered was 62 and 2010.
That was a 64-62 overtime, win over Brunswick.
The most they surrendered in regular season.
57:15 loss to Lounge in 2009.
That was the season before Rance.
Gillespie took over Colquitt County.
Very much in range of Hitting some of those numbers here tonight.
There's a possibility unless Valdosta can come out and mount something here to start the second half.
They get ready to take over here.
They get the ball to start the second half and let's see.
I mean, they were moving the ball late.
In the first half of this game, a couple of big sacks push them back.
It would 58 seconds left.
I wonder what can call go?
Do the 58 seconds left with it.
They showed everybody what they could do.
I don't know why you're wondering.
They still put 65 yards in one.
Play on the touchdown, pass to Ty, Italy.
This Colquitt County team can score from anywhere.
And with this little, or as much time as needed, and Valdosta will start at the 20 yard line to begin.
This third quarter, Seth Shuman 11 of 19 for 88.
Cards in that first half McMillan his Target for 426 Tim Griffin, six carries 26 yards.
That's the offense of highlights for the Wildcats, in the first half.
Few and far between.
Handoff, DeAngelo, Williams, DeAngelo, Williams up to the 25 yard line.
Akivie Bailey, making the tackle.
Brings up a second down and four.
Valdosta in danger of dropping to one and two in the region.
And with two weekends to play in region, play would be in a fight for their lives to make the playoffs.
Schumann off the hands of feel like to play, man.
I like that idea.
But you have to still, you still have to convert the still have to get that completion.
Especially when the balls out there.
As we hit the receiver in the hands, couldn't bring it in third down and four from the 26th.
McMillan goes in motion.
Schumann throws to The Far Side.
Jonte Baker runs for the first down.
Shoved out of bounds by demarius Walker's.
You take a look at the region.
16a standings Colquitt County with a win tonight would stay online for wraps.
Their second consecutive region Championship.
They will close their regular season against Camden County.
They've got Tift County two weeks from now.
Next week, everybody in region one off, and then they resume the schedule on October 30th Night Before Halloween.
We have a penalty here on Colquitt County, but Final game at Camden will likely decide the region Championship here in region.
One is who will be the number one seed going into the state playoffs this year ago.
That was one of the greatest games, one of only three opponents did state within a touchdown of Colquitt county is that was Camden County in the regular season finale.
The Packers had to come back and win that one.
2824, And then they went on a Sherman, like run through the playoffs obliterating, their four, playoff opponents.
By a combined score of 2 of 2 297 before that great game against archer in the Georgia Dome.
Second down and three now from the 41-yard line.
Melon runs in motion, deep behind the quarterback and they'll throw it out there to it and McMillan, picks up the first down.
Let's check in with John Nelson.
Ask and you shall receive, here's part of your region.
16a update shift has just scored a touchdown.
The extra point is good for 12 and Counting third quarter Camden leads tip 1714 more as we go.
All right.
Thank you, Billy tip, and danger.
Falling 2013 in the region.
That would pretty much be a death bell for their playoff.
Oaks.
That was a team that was ranked just a couple of weeks ago.
They had a 23-7 lead on Valdosta in the third quarter last week and let it get away.
And that's so tough.
When you talk about a region, where, as we mentioned earlier, you played five games in the region is, you know, not a lot of opportunities.
And when you lose, you know, that it really hurts.
It's really big.
Second down and four ball just across the 50 DeAngelo Williams, not going anywhere.
Every game, like a playoff game, where every game almost like a mini state championship game, that type of intensity each and every week in the region.
And that was one of the things that you heard Rance.
Gillespie talk about it, you know, he felt like his kids when they came out to start the game.
You got to whether the anxiety storm because there's so much build-up to every region gave it, especially when you're playing talk with County, third down and five.
Pass thrown underneath the field and behold a run for the first down across the 40 yard line.
I thought it was interesting that Rush Propst told us and black come out.
We might have an unsportsmanlike coming up down here on the 40-yard line.
There were some words being exchanged.
Let's see what the penalties going to be on Dee Walker.
Those deep conversation.
Officials didn't like it.
Here's the call.
That's going to be offsetting penalties.
The game things have been going great for Valdosta.
And like you said, it is a big intense rivalry and everybody comes out and plays and fight hard and after the play be words being exchanged.
Yeah.
Fishing wasted.
No time in throwing a plague, will have none of that tonight.
So the offsetting penalties.
So nothing happens.
It's a wash and it's the First and Ten for Valdosta at the Colquitt County.
39 yard line, one of the other big games in the state tonight.
In great George.
Houston County leading Jones County 10-7, that's in the second quarter.
Course, Houston County on a collision course, with Northside Warner Robins final week of the regular season.
That would be a rare if things play out.
That could be a rare one versus two regular season game.
Final week of the regular season.
What are you?
Chances of that seeing that happen?
Four yards on the carry for Williams brings up a second down and six.
Sling it out here and build and makes the catch.
And he can't keep his feet and goes down at the 39 and lost before yards back.
Valdosta being, very deliberate, very methodical and running these plays.
It's almost as if they're trying to put a tourniquet on.
The bleeding has slowed things down here to talk with County.
Wants to play Fast.
Let's slow it down a little bit.
Schumann guns at in the middle.
It is caught by MacMillan for a first down at the 24-yard line up to get a rule that in complete with incomplete.
But how about that mustard?
That was a bullet from Schumann right there.
MacMillan disagrees with the call.
You see him waving it off.
Let's see.
You make the catch.
You make the call, make the catch here.
He looks looks throw.
And does he get it?
He's taking a seat.
There.
Now comes out and hits the ground on the ground.
So fourth down and they'll go for it.
Again.
They're 0 for 2 on Fourth Downs in this game, but you said good, a methodical Drive about it.
Eating up a lot of time.
He hits a good thing.
Two men going to take a sack.
Die Marian whites with the quarterback.
Sack third sack of the Ballgame for the Colquitt county defense, the ball goes over on Downs.
Dine Aryan wife, gets the Schumann that ends, the Wildcats Drive Packers on offense when we get back.

611 play in the third quarter talked with cattle with a 35-nothing these on Valdosta as we check in with Jon Nelson down on the sideline.
Thank you very much.
Matt time to kick it around the state.
Let's take a look at Sandy Creek and Troop in.
We're going to be catching up with Sandy Creek in the next week as they play Woodward Academy.
This was a 14-7 game at one point.
It is now 49 27 as they are in the third quarter.
So Sandy Creek is rolling as they get ready for their appearance on football.
Each time fighting Patriots and war eagles coming up next Friday night from College Park, Georgia.
And the dancing in the house, when your team's up, 35, nothing over the arch rival that just happens.
Sometimes Packers in route to what appears to be their School record, 23rd, consecutive Victory Under head coach, Russ Propst.
The number to track here.
Valdosta had given up only 357 yards, passing the entire season and Colquitt County might be able to get that number in this one game alone as Merit on the carry there at 229 right now.
Is they go on offense the first time here in the third quarter?
Merritt.
Second.
Carry the ball game for him.
That is Bonner with the reception.
Chase Saunders.
Now with their quarterback Saunders, the 510 157 Junior.
This Is Not Unusual.
They'll run them out there for a few series during Course of the Ballgame is special in the contest against 35-nothing.
I'm not, we may still see perish before the night is over.
I don't think the hairs were gone to the bench for good, but to get Saunders some playing time right here.
And that's one of the things approach says, is different about this year's team from last last year, you know, he was always nervous, you know, what's going to happen to perish?
Gets hurt.
But now they feel like they've got two closets quality quarterbacks.
Now that Saunders is in the program.
Really just definitely practically every position is things these people, please about, but especially had this quarterback.
Soccer goes to the air.
That's his second completion and both of them have gone to Bonner.
Bonner, doesn't have any offers yet that I know of, but I'm asking why not.
Yes.
It's 3260, man.
That kid got pillow.
Soft hands, man.
He catches everything to come first or third down and short.
One by hilly.
First carry the ball game for Nigel.
Hilly goes for a first down.
Thirty First Carry of the season for hilly who had 153 yards rushing in their first seven days.
Billions.
16-yard pickup.
And off the hilly.
Fresh legs coming in in the big hole right there.
Quit it to Stokes Brinson more guys, cleared things up front, but not out of that one.
Nice open field tackle made by Jaylon Harold.
The cornerback Peril the 5/8 sophomore at the game.
Ceiling interception, with 53 seconds to play in last week's Victory against if County.
Second down and nine approaching three minutes to play in the third quarter.
Colquitt County jumped out to a 21-6 lead in the first nine and a half minutes of this game and they have not been threatened as a timeout called by the Packers and we'll take it as well, 307 to play in the quarter, Colquitt County in command.

3:07 play in the third quarter Colquitt County with the big lead down to the sideline and Rayven tirado.
Here.
We have a special guest here.
Same King.
Look at your coaches, make all that.
Is that for you?
I'm just going to have to ask you, what's bigger Colquitt County football or Kentucky football.
Hey, you know, I'm always stick of my hometown.
So I love it here, man.
So these some great people so I gotta say, come County.
Hey, topper coach coach probes, or coach Stoops.
About the same really a similar.
Very similar.
They just like like and what way every way like they caught was just a light lady, both on tanks and text.
You want to, you want to be close by.
Okay.
So last year state championship, was that like it was a great experience.
Like I wish I can live it again, but Sorry, you got a game behind you.
I know.
I'm not distracting.
I'm sorry, but hey, maybe you'll get a national championship one day.
That's gonna happen, won't get announcer Hannibal.
So there you have.
It folks all-time leading rusher Colquitt County, back up to you.
All right.
Thank you.
Raven.
Appreciate it.
Same King is Kentucky, Wildcats 30-27 losers last night against the Auburn Tigers, but Mark Stoops has done a great job in that Ovation you here?
That's that's for King because he walks off the field.
Fans, appreciate soccer Saunders going to score.
Well Saunders takes it in from 16 yards, out at 41 to nothing.
That's your number two.
That's your number two, man.
Not afraid to call his own number and gets in for another touchdown for conflict.
Saunders with his first rushing touchdown of the season.
Martinez P. 8042 to nothing.
Here's a look at your tcsg touchdown replay.
Steps back and doesn't see anybody likes open.
Has the room has the speed.
This Parish can do it.
So, can I Jay Saunders, takes it in, from 16, yards out, a forty two point lead in what is shaping up is the biggest win ever for Colquitt County over Valdosta in the 95-year history of this rivalry, and we knew we were coming down to see a historic rivalry I-95 meetings between these these two Rivals here in in south Georgia, but we're also seeing some history in this historic.
We know what we expected to see.
Let's check in with Jon Nelson.
Alright, get around the state and this should come across as a surprise.
We had to Northeast Georgia.
And if I told you the Clark Central would be pink, Gainesville 44, 27, would you believe me?
Clark Central put the pedal down early and they have been in front.
You see the halfway point of the third quarter, Clark, Central 44, Gainesville, 70, Red Elephant offense.
It has been thrown off the rails tonight, s. Alright, thank you.
John Martinez will kick off and it will be taken at the goal.
Line by Rogers.
Jace Rogers had a big touchdown return against Norcross in the series season opener and he's down the sideline, across the 50 and finally steps out of bounds big return, 58 yards for Jason bodger's, Nice to see, still playing still looking for something.
Trying to make something good.
Happen gets a little scene to his right side there.
He gets to the sideline little stutter step gets away from the kicker, pick it up more yards, nice return and he just dropped the ball.
I would recommend not doing that.
I know I would recommend not, I would recommend not dropping the football.
How many times have we seen guys think they were out of bounds or in the end zone and drop the football early?
And you know, what?
Don't drop the football, hand it back to the official DeAngelo Williams.
That was a fine run.
I'm not sure that I do.
I'm just saying how many times have we seen?
I am a player, drop the ball thinking they were out of bounds and they were and to make it worse.
He was in front of his is running out to his own sideline.
He's in front of his own bench and, and his coaches.
There's Valdosta Drive.
But 10 plays 34 yards and look at how much time they run off the clock, but still no points.
So this is their best field position.
Best starting field position.
They've had deeper.
Penetrations into Colquitt County territory, the best starting drive for them, the 42-yard line of the Packers after that, 58 yard return.
Bye, Jace Rogers.
Griffin on the carry Griffin going to be dropped at the 35-yard line.
Marry a Bentley on that.
Tackle for the Packers brings up third down under two minutes to play in the quarter.
Both these teams as the rest of the region will have the week off last week.
Take a deep breath for the final two games that will determine which of the four out of six teams.
In this region will make the state playoffs.
DeAngelo, Williams, close to the first down.
Let's check the spot.
It is fourth down.
Meet one yard, boy.
Did he get it?
Had to get to the 32.
I don't know if the Angela Williams got there or not.
Looks like the spot is going to be right on the 32 and he did pick up the first down.
You get just enough.
He did get the first down.
Xiumin, back to pass, fresh set of downs and going for the home run.
And it dropped by jonte Baker inside the 5-yard, line Baker got twisted around.
Just a little bit too much.
We couldn't bring it in Schumann with some time.
Putting it out there.
Vic.
Looks like he has it.
He gets hit in the ball.
Comes free.
Gets his hands on it and to turn around kind of awkward there.
And he was juggling so second down and 10.
Xiumin being saved Schumann on the run, and it is caught inside the 10 yard line by veal.
Nice, catch by veal and nice work by shubin.
He's got pressure coming down on him.
Stan's the play until he gets his receiver open.
Look at the Defenders that are after him.
Great catch 28 yard pass completion, gives the Wildcats first and goal to go at the 4-yard line is they tried to break this shutout attempt by the Packers, then they finish the drive, the question, and that will be the end of the third quarter, 45 minutes played at Tom Wakefield.
Farm Stadium.
It has been all Colquitt County Packers as the Packers gun for win.
Number 23, in a row in that third quarter J. Saunders, took it in to expand.
The lead questions, can't wait until morning.
So I'm one of many nurses at Cigna with answers any time, day or night.
I'm Lauren.
Then and I've got your back.
We are the Sunbelt.
AG excite.
We're North America's Premier Farm Show.
Y'all come see us.
Next time on, I'll have what?
Phil's having Hong Kong, the gateway to Asia and maybe even the new center of the world.
If something's good.
I'm going to share with you and you, it's home to the best dim.
Sum one bite.
You want another one and spicy set you on?
That does not kid around.
I might have gotten a little extra chili in that fight all the Thrills.
The city can dish out all this and more on the next.
I'll have what Phil's having Monday at 10:00 on GPB.
Look, some people just don't get it because it's not their team, but Farm Bureau Insurance does because everyone needs a home team for insurance and we That she's perfectly healthy, Cigna covers preventive care.
That's having your back.
Start of the fourth quarter.
The Valdosta Wildcats find themselves in a position.
They rarely find themselves in.
They will have a running clock against them.
They've had plenty of running clocks that they initiated with the big win, but they will be on the opposite end of the running.
Clock here in the fourth quarter, since we are a 30-plus lead beginning the final 12 minutes.
As we said earlier, as I said earlier, we see in a historic rivalry did think we see this kind of History being made but Do you see this happening against about dr.
Team to something?
You don't expect to see happen.
So first and goal to go for the Wildcats from the 4-yard line.
As we start the fourth quarter.
They're trying to get into the end zone and break the shutout.
Jacoby.
She lie.
Makes the tackle as DeAngelo Williams failed to get into the end zone, and it's going to be third down and make that second down and goal from the 2 -yard line.
Valdosta will have to regroup and their next big game of this is an even bigger rival its Lounge.
The winner is Bill classic and a timeout called by Seth Shuman.
He kind of compared the you know, the Rivalry scenario.
There's a lot of comparisons between region 1 in the SEC here at Valdosta playing.
Talk with County.
That's kind of like the Georgia Auburn rivalry and then you got Lounge next and that's kind of like the Georgia, Georgia Tech right up.
And I don't know which School wants to complete the gorge and once one wants to be the Georgia Tech because but whatever, but that's kind of the way it works.
As we take a look at the Valdosta Wildcats resume the twenty four state championships.
Of course, that's number one in Georgia history, 21 of them, between Bazemore and Hider.
Bazemore had 14 Hider had 735 region championships.
Yes, and they've been ranked number one, 350, two weeks.
They put 11 players, not currently, but 11 players all time in the National Football League also.
John six national championships.
And you see that the national championship is what rush Propst once here in Moultrie.
That's what he's chasing.
He's ranked anywhere from number three to number five in any of the national polls.
I think he's three in the USA Today this week and he wants to bring a national title here.
He wants a scoring record here as well.
So that's why you've seen all of this pedal down offense this year because he has to two things in mind.
Well, three technically scoring record back-to-back, State, title, 30, and 40 and a national title to bring all that to Moultrie second down and goal.
I am DeAngelo.
Williams will not get into the endzone, get stonewalled at the 1-yard line.
Yeah.
No, letting up with this game, get a running clock, the fourth quarter.
They still at their hidden.
Landon Scott was the guy who kept him from getting into the end zone and now it's third down and goal, you know, even when you're up 42 to nothing, you know, a touchdown is not going to hurt you but then the pride sets in as a defensive guys feel like we don't want to let them score.
We know we're going to win the game.
We just don't want to let him score.
Learning goals and DeAngelo, Williams gets into the endzone.
Williams with the touchdown, run his fourth of the season.
And the Wildcats finally get on the board.
As you take a look at your tcsg touchdown replay.
Here.
He is taking the handoff going in.
He's going to hit the holes again, and he gets a little lean.
They get over that line right there.
He did like he does break the plane with the football right there.
That's TouchDown for Valdosta.
Wildcats on the board.
And let's see, they're going to go for.
I believe they're going to, they're going to kick it here.
Yeah, and so we're going to kick it right here with Davidson lined up, you know, in this in this situation in this situation, you know, what I would do?
I would go for to just simply because I mean the games Out Of Reach just to practice your two-point conversion against live action.
I mean, I don't, I won, I oftentimes Wonder in these type situations with my coaches.
Don't do that more.
I mean, what's the one point do for you?
Here is nothing but G, but practice your two-point play against life.
Bullets, so to speak.
I'm not a not criticized and I'm, if I'm the coach, that's what I would do is you would get out of Chef and I can, I can see it had the same time.
You don't want to put anything on tape, but someone's gonna see because a lot of times your two-point plays or specialty plays.
There's two, there's two sides to the coin for syrup for certain.
Let's check back in with John Nelson.
Hello, Jon, Jon is indisposed.
We'll get back to him in just a moment when he is disposed 1009 to play here in a running, clock was fought not running because the score but Colquitt County with a 42 seven.
Lead on Valdosta.
All-time largest victory for Colquitt County in the series.
Came a year ago, when they beat Valdosta by 28 points, they've got the thirty five point lead, right?
Here you see a fan point to the ring, and there you see the youth?
Those youngsters right there.
As you heard Raven talked earlier, about at every level, the success.
They're having here in Colquitt County this fall.
It's becoming something that is expected.
You know, and that's one thing that Rush Propst talk to us last year, is leading up to the state championship game at the Georgia Dome.
We've got to build, we being he talking to us.
We've got to build here at Colquitt County, a youth program.
That's where the go.
Annette County schools are so far ahead of us with the establishment of the deep roots of their youth programs that are feeders into their high school programs.
And of course he has, that's another piece of the foundation that he's laid here in Moultrie.
Puma standing deep for Valdosta.
For at least he's one of the guys standing deep for Valdosta arm.
Pardon me.
That's Isaiah, Thomas standing, deep for Colquitt County.
Along with Ponder, Ponder and Thomas key and Davidson will kick off the kick it off to the side.
If you go out of bounds, that will be a penalty on the Wildcats.
As we take a look at this week's GPB class, 6A rankings in the stoop.
Panel of high school football Scholars, vote on this every week, astute scholar, scholarly football, Scholars Roswell, Colquitt County.
Number one, they will stay there Roswell to.
I didn't vote Roswell to.
I voted Grayson to if just wanted to know.
I got talking.
I got my own number for.
You.
Don't really watching Mill Creek.
Okay.
They they I think they have the best defense in the state.
Let's check in, with Jon Nelson.
I was just going to give you a play-by-play as we were rolling through.
Roswell was winning big, you had candid who was winning big their leading 24:14 over Tift right now and Grayson was winning big as well.
So you had the teams that are in the top five of those who has who boat, in the GPB polls.
They're all winning and winning big right now.
So not much changed.
Looks like it's going to happen there.
Parish back in their quarterback.
This is just the second possession of the half for the Packers, the crashes up to the 42 yard line, Antoine Kincaid, making the tackle for the Wildcats.
So both teams kind of let the air out of the balloon here in the second half.
Meredith, get on the Run, Miracle pick up the first down spotted short, third down and short ball at the 44 yard.
Rafael Merritt, the 57 153 senior only 41 yards, rushing on the season, coming into the air.
They go, and he'll follow up.
Look who stopped on a dime and three, Wildcats fell on top of each other and unfortunately, he comes up limping.
Hopefully, that's just a cramp coming out today and it is a warm night.
I no other way.
Other places in the state of Georgia.
It's cooled down.
It was like, close to 80.
Seven degrees, I think today.
Look at that hand off.
The Merit, got everybody fooled.
Rafael Merritt.
Will Sprint into the end zone for the touchdown, the trickeration their Parish went one.
Way Merritt took the handoff going the other and 46 yards.
Later Colquitt county has a 48 27 League.
We're just talking about both teams.
Got to let the air out of things they were for the remainder of the game.
Rafael married coming through with a big play you touched down Martinez on for the p80.
And he remains perfect.
49 27.
How about Rafael Merritt camping before Place?
65 yard Drive 46 of it?
Coming on his run right there and a timeout was 713 to plug.

But good luck trying to be a good.
Here's James Rogers in the 5 -yard line and Rogers takes a hit shy of the 10 by barge and fails to make it to the 15 and is hurt on the play as well.
As we check in with the aforementioned, John Nelson, and if only, I can be as good as Matt Stewart, when it comes to kicking it around the state.
We're going to catch up with life on the reservation.
It is North Cobb and Marietta.
You see the score right there 3213 that's late.
In the fourth quarter about 90 seconds to go.
McEachern is also winning North Cobb, just scored again.
So it's thirty eight to thirteen.
P80 is pending their so Marietta having another tough season.
North Cobb rebounding after the game.
Teacher, McEachern putting up big numbers tonight against North Paulding.
So right now it's looking like McEachern and North Cobb 1 and 2.
And that region guy.
Yeah.
That's the way.
It looks.
Thanks.
Nellie.
Do appreciate that.
Good to see North Cobb.
Bouncing bag.
Took it on the chin from the Indians last week.
Warriors, however, with a big lead tonight, Down to our final six minutes with the running clock here, Colquitt County will improve to 8 and 0, 3, and 0.
In region 1.
They will run their program record winning streak to 23, consecutive games.
Valdosta will drop to 5 & 3 & 1, & 2, in the region and that game against Lounge on October 30th.
Halloween e, man.
That is gonna be a big day.
That might determine B makes the playoffs and he doesn't out of winters.
Bill does your last year Lowndes, didn't make the playoffs and the way things are shaping up.
It could be that the loser of that October 30th Lowndes and Valdosta game gets left out of the playoff picture this year.
Something else to add to that game.
It's already big.
You already get you bragging rights within you County.
Everybody knows everybody but now possibility could be the an elimination game for the postseason.
Schumann steps up and runs and he's going to be brought down by Quinton more, the nose guard, the 49 points for Colquitt County tonight, the most they've ever scored against Valdosta.
Topping the 48, they put on them a year ago.
This will be the third consecutive victory for the Packers in this series.
After the Wildcats have won the previous 11 of 13, Schumann 17.
428, 161 tonight.
Big tackle by Brian Merit.
The Freshman defensive tackle that kids, a freshman away with it.
Let's go back and look at number 60 right here.
Gonna take that as a freshman.
Yes, I'd say, their youth programs, doing quite.
Well, they're growing them big.
He's right there.
Thank you.
And sometimes being on the outline more saying, hey, this is where you line up right here.
Third down and short.
Oh, big hit and a nice catch by deal Off to the Races.
Can he outrun two hours?
And we'll for the score 61 yards on the play.
Seth Shuman the Wesley Beal.
Completion time to just write Schumann with just enough time to make the completion in real.
Would not be cut from behind.
First touchdown pass of the night for Schumann and his 19th of the season.
Fifth touchdown, catch of the year for veal.
There's something good for Schumann.
He's had a rough night.
P 80 by Baldwin and it is 49 to 14.
Here's a look at your tcsg touchdown replay Seth Shuman.
That's out there.
Wesley Field gets it in stride and a couple of Benders out that it will not catch you all the way for the score, you know, and you said a few moments ago, schumann's had a rough night and he's had a rough night.
He's been on the run all night.
He's taking a lot of hits but you look at his game statistically and you would not know it 18 of 29 to 20 to a touchdown again.
No interceptions, kid hasn't thrown an interception All Season statistically.
He's played very well.
Been impressed with Schumann under adverse circumstances, kids been on his run on the run, all night taking a lot of hits and he is looking, he's got a bloody chicken, a little gin.
It's rough there, you know.
See look look, he's pointing to it.
He in fact, he might have just gotten that Bloody chin on that last play.
Look got a battle scar here, but he's hung in.
There took a big hit from Allen key, I think on the previous play.
He was doing all right, I like you and in this situation, you know, you running clock, you know, you lose in this game, but you know, you still have something coming up ahead.
You mentioned the game with lounge.
And so you going out, you want to execute, that's what coach Rance Gillespie wants to see his team.
Do in the situation.
At first situation.
It will still want to see him, go out and execute.
So in 3 minutes and 33 seconds, the Wildcats will start packing up and getting ready for that.
45-minute drive back to Valdosta.
Seemed a little bit longer than that, especially given that you got another week off before you play again.
Next game isn't for two weeks.
Ponder on the return as we check in with Jon Nelson.
As he takes us through the GPB 5, a top 10.
And through that panel of geniuses that put this together, those teams that you see, Northside Houston County, Jones, County, 3 of the 4 teams going at it in Region 2 tonight and a shocker in the Northside Warner Robins game halfway through the fourth fifty eight to fourteen North Side Devante Willis of 47 yard touchdown run.
It's the first tank first time.
A team has reached.
The 50-point mark in that game and fifty eight meetings.
Dating back to 1964 Houston County trailing at Jones County right now.
14 10 in the fourth while ball up in the air and it is caught by gennari Green.
Just his second catch of the year.
As Saunders back in their quarterback, see Saunders came over there and apologize for little bit for lobbying that thing up a little bit, too high and green.
Took a wallop on the play after he made the catch and I'm going to head downstairs and hand out a trophy guys, okay.
Approaching two minutes to play with this running clock.
Hindley on the Run.
So you mentioned that you're handing out a trophy John tell everybody what trophy you're handing out.
It's going to be a very shiny trophy in the south Georgia kickoff classic that we have here on the Air Tonight with these two great schools.
The winner this evening, which is going to be Colquitt County.
The mayor of Moultrie is going to be joining me on the field for the official presentation of said trophy.
So it's going to be very very shiny.
And it's going to be a great cap to this evening with the honorable Bill Macintosh will look at you.
Who knew you knew such important people and third the right next to me, so I got to escort him out on the field.
We'll see you in a bit pitch.
Goes to hilly flag down on the play as hilly, gets dragged down from behind at the 41 yard line Kendrick Patrick making the tackle get a second flag down to Brandon friend of the coke with bench, 4914 Colquitt County, most points, ever scored against Valdosta coming here tonight on GPB.
35 points, 35-point win for Colquitt County.
If it stands will be the largest margin of Victory ever for Colquitt County in the series.
And they started playing football between these two schools, way back in 1913, when Colquitt County was known as Moultrie County, High School.
So third down here, clock continues to run.
This might be the final play right here.
Saunders lobs, it up top catch made by Chris Bowie and it just his second catch of the season and that might do it.
Colquitt County now 8 and 0, 3, and 0 and region.

That's good.
Good-looking Hardware.
It is I'll be sure to join us.
Next Friday, night will be back in the Atlanta area.

And that's next Friday night.
We can be sure to join us at 7:00 right here on GPB.
And now for Sam Crenshaw, I'm Matt Stewart your final here Colquitt County of forty, nine to fourteen victory over Valdosta now down to Jon Nelson.
Thank you very much.
Matt here with the winning coach.
Do we take this from the perspective of?
Okay, what didn't go, right?
And ask the question that way or just talk about a dominating win that you had tonight.
I mean, it was a good win, anytime.
You'd be about Austin's, a good win, but you know, but we sure got a lot of work to do.
I mean, you know, it's early, mid October, you know, we got a lot.
Long road ahead of us to mid -December.
I mean, we got a obviously improve in a lot of areas before we get into that November and December run.
I mean, it's it is what it is right now.
I mean you just sort of so I sort of compared like baking a cake or making a pie.
You get the ingredients are there.
We just hadn't got it cook completely yet.
That's going to say.
What's how does it taste right now?
Don't tell you, it tastes.
Okay, you just not ready yet.
So but we got a long way to go and got some got to need it.
A week off next week and we'll come to Atlanta and Scout.
And then we got tipped here for senior night.
Can't take them lightly, and then obviously us and Camden in the year.
And looks like it could be us and them, you know, for all the marbles.
So but we got, they got to play one.
We still got to play one.
And you know, when it's then we move into the best time of the year.
That is the third season.
Now with a performance like this, in a rivalry like this.
I know that you like to just take it.
A game at a time situation.
But is it any more special knowing that it's a heavy rival like this?
I think it's been easy.
Anytime you move out, Austin, three years in a row at special.
I don't think we, I don't know that I did a real good job.
When I first got here about the Rivalry.
It was more about us and lambs and camed.
And and I don't know.
I just didn't do a real good job, you know, we beat him in 09 and then they beat us ten eleven and twelve and then we've beaten them 13, 14 and 15.
So we're formed for again.
It's time.
I mean, it's not like we've dominated it for know, you know, by no stretch of the imagination just right now, we've got a better program than they do right now, but they'll be back.
You know, you're not going to keep the Veloster program down long.
It's just right now, it's our turn.
All right.
Now it's time to present the shiny piece.
I present the mayor of Moultrie, Bill Macintosh.

16a certainly lived up to the hype, the region of Doom.
A lot of great, a lot of great highlights and you're going to walk us through some of those key moments.
The game.
Absolutely.
Let's take a look at some of the highlights right now in the Colquitt County.
Packers got on the scoreboard first fast and quickly.
It is set soon with a completed pass, but Quan Singletary with the scoop and score.
And before you could say, Rush Probst, it was 7-nothing Colquitt on top.
Then Chase Parrish the quarterback number for makes the move heads to the outside.
Makes another move.
He goes into the end zone, and it's 14 to nothing still in the first quarter.
Chase Parrish the key L Pollard, he streaks.
Down the sidelines, breaks, a couple of tackles and he scores to make it 21 to nothing still in the second.
Chase Parrish, 65 yards that I lie to make it 28 to nothing and it was all Colquitt County tonight winning by a final score of 49 to 14.
Everybody played hard tonight.
That's for sure.
And John Nelson is standing by with two players who only had a little bit to do with tonight's game John.
Yeah, they had a little bit to do with it.
And I think we're going to have a bit of a role reversal.
So I got Chase Parrish over here, Kiel Pollard over here, and you wanted to try to complete a pass this time.
Is that how this works answer?
Oh, yeah, easy, exactly easy.
That see this is just yours.
So be careful with that.
I'm going to start with the quarterback.
Don't go anywhere.
You just served me on TV.
You know that well, I mean South Georgia my mom daddy, that's how they raised me.
That is correct.
Good answer to have a rivalry game like this to win it, the way that you did.
How important is it right now?
Oh, it means so much to our players, our coaches, our fans, the community.
It means so much.
It's just it's just Good old rivalry from South Georgia.
And I mean it just it means the world to us means the world to me.
Yes, sir.
Stay there.
Don't go anywhere.
All right, complete the pass back to KL.
All right.
Now I'm going to ask you a question.
What is this week of prep been like?
Is it amped up that much more because it is Valdosta because it is region 16a, is it amped up or is it pretty much still?
The same?
Is that a whole lot because Rosemond rumors all week starting on Sunday living?
Weights and just just been telling us like the stats in the history of the robbery and stuff.
So that really helped.
Okay, pass it back to chase if you would be careful.
All right.
I have chased Chase Parrish, Kiel Pollard.
They've completed passes to each other.
They've had a big game.
They won by 35.

Alright, now it's time for the GPB play of the game.
The Packers really had control this entire ballgame.
But this play of the game goes to Kiel Pollard.
Just before the half just seconds before the half.
The Packers were up to 28 to nothing a past Chase Parrish, who looks for the open man at deflected fall.
He helped out able to bring it in saves.
The deflection, sends it to 35 to nothing as the team goes, into the locker room and incredible catch.
He had no business making that catch, but sure enough.
He does he's hyped up and ready to go.
That Your GPB play of the game right there to the Packers and 35 to nothing just seconds before the half.

That was a surprise me too.
David celski was in the courthouse Square earlier, but David you've had a chance to check out some of the food that the square has to offer here in Moultrie.
Oh, yes, I did.
And I was excited because this was a part of something that we're putting together for Georgia traveler, for this next season, and it is thrilling.
It is 100 plates locals, love love, Laura, Georgia, put it all around, and basically it's dishes.
The top dishes, you know, the most fancy dishes here in Moultrie.
The people here, love their Cup.
Oh, cheese and their fries.
And so, to do something like this.
I thought no one but I mean, I would have loved to have bring you and brought you and Mars?
Sure.
I brought John with me.
Yeah.
Well, that's your fault.
Yeah.
Brought him here to mulch a good thing.
I was in Moultrie.
The bad thing is I brought John and he ate most everything during the shoot as you'll see.
So let's learn a little bit about Moultrie.
This great place this Square.
Here we go.
Next one on the list of 100, the square restaurant here in Moultrie.
And speaking of squares, the great John Nelson of ppb's for L7 right here.
Whoo.
Have you been to call to Connie Moultrie?
Yes, I have region.
One 6A football is like the SEC of high school football here in the state of Georgia.
So yeah, we show a lot of highlights.
We come here and you like, multi dodgy.
Why?
Yes, I do.
We've had a lot of trips down here and I've had the opportunity to see a lot of things that make Moultrie, one of the cool places here in the state.
Have you been to the square and have you had them?
Freestyle front y know.
I had not been to the square and have the multi style fries.
Dave.
Mr. Nelson.
Would you like to try the Moultrie style fries?
Y-yes?
I would, let's go.
Let's go Carrie.
We have made it a hope.
You don't mind.
I brought along Jon Nelson.
He's half done with those fries.
We haven't even started rolling.
So that is not the amount.
They give you.
This is the amount they give you the Moultrie style.
Fries tell me about our entire menu is kind of based around Moultrie and our history growing.
The Moultrie.
Actually.
The square is the nickname of downtown Moultrie.
That's the name of our restaurant.
But in Moultrie, there is a fast food restaurant unique to Moultrie that you can go in there and order a couple cheat.
And everybody knows in Moultrie to go order, you a cup of cheese.
That's how you get your fries.
Okay cup of cheese ouchie, not when we started putting this together.
We said we just have to honor that because if you go to any other city and you try to order the Cochise they look at you like you're a crazy person.
Right?
Right.
I look at this menu and you have strip steak, roast a chicken.
These high end things with local me.
Can you taste the local news?
Why?
Yes, I can these yellow fin.
Tuna.
And then making the list is the halter style fries, very top.
Actually.
The first thing on our menu is multi style fries.
And so we decided that we're going to put brazel when you come as well, make it as well as we can.
Yes.
So these are hand cut and in there, they're lightly fried and we actually make the cheese sauce.
It's not just a, you know, score tochi's blows away the movie theater and you think the football players here in Collinwood like this, they come here.
In fact, it's really funny.
A lot of them come in, and they get the big steak is a big steak, and they order the order of fries and an extra fries with the state smart, move on to the next place.
Top 100 dishes continues after I finish sighs.
I thought John was great.
He is great at a lot of things that much we do know.
Yeah, Ian Carey was he was a great hostess there.
We had such a good time.
That was just us having a good time here in Moultrie and the place right next door strings and beans, it's a little car and it's just a cool place.
Many unique parts of the downtown area.
Definitely will say that I agree with you on that one.
Yeah, you spent some time here.
Yeah.
So the fries possible be hungry in Moultrie.
I found that very much is true.
I'll take you all to get a filet next time.
How about that?
And I want to say it.
So tomorrow and have the have the fries and wouldn't get to experience that much yet.
That doesn't sound all.
Bad, well, let's check in now with big Phil and he's got a guest I think alongside and maybe we'll get some scores but I didn't get any fries.
So I'm trying not to be busy.
You've been cheated the last year.
I have been cheated.
I have them.
Hang on Mark.
I'm being?
Yes, sir.
I believe this is my segment, sir.
All right, I do have a question.
Yes, that Jersey that you were wearing and we'll put that in air quotes.
Dude.
That was a smedium.
That was a smart.
It was a smart time for some scores.
Yeah, you're rolling out for this segment.
We'll see you back here in a bit.
Okay, here's what we know.
What's going on, download the GPB Sports app.
If you haven't yet to keep up to date on all the scores around the state, a lot of wins.
A lot of teams that are ranked in the GPB top 10s, one and one big examples.
Grayson in 6A.
They beat Central Gwinnett by the final of 35 to to elsewhere around the state will go into the North Georgia Mountains pick and shutting out Lafayette.
50 to nothing.
This looks like it's going to set up a match up.
Between Pickens and Cartersville for the region title at the end of the regular season.
First weekend in November.
It's going to be in Jasper.
So it'll be interesting with Pickens and Cartersville going at it for the region title in the number one seed Ridgeland over Heritage 3521.
Gilmer over Southeast Whitfield 2817 Dalton, no problems with River Ridge.
5614, Rome, shuts out Woodland by the score of 62.
Nothing here in Southwest, Georgia.
Bainbridge over Doherty.
4928.
The Bearcats, go to 8 and 0.

You can download it in the App Store, it's free.
And so guys, I'm going to send it away to you.
All right.
I love them showing the love.
It's fun to be down here in South Georgia.
That's for sure.
Absolutely.
I want to get to you for a second.
You like to try some off -the-wall stuff.
But this one looks pretty fun.
Little off-roading.
What would you do next?
Okay, this is off-roading.
This is Highland Park Resort.
This place is amazing.
I mean, I took Mark to Banning Mills at him.
Jump off 100-foot Tower.
He liked that a lot.
This is pretty crazy.
This is mainly for dirt bikes.
I'm not talented on a dirt bike.
So I chose a four-wheeler to go on these crazy Trails.
So they're meant for dirt.
Bikers will be jumping.
20 feet in the air, but I was not going that high, but I was still having a blast Highland Park Resort out in West, Jordan.
You got to check this one out.
In the woods of West Georgia.
A rumble can be heard the revving of engines, traversing miles and miles of dirty muddy Hills and thrills crank the engine and adventure and Sue's this like a roller coaster ride.
That's what we've got out here.
The trails swoop in and out between the valleys and up and down the mountain.
And we have a great group of people to come out here.
I'm not an experienced dirt biker.
And this place is tailor -made to suit their thrill-seeking intentions, but folks, like me are welcome to bring their own four-wheel Carriage to take on the trails with a tiny bit more caution.
Much like a ski resort.
The trails are one way safety and peace of mind when you are blazing through at 35 miles an hour.
Everything here is pretty safe.
That's the reason for the trails being one way.
They're all signed very well signed, and we have an excellent map here so that you can navigate the property.
The trails are also categorized like a ski resort.
Meaning One, Two, Three diamond are David friendly, whereas four, and five Diamond Trails may result in an David being severely injured, we keep everything rated.
So that anyone that comes out here, whether they're new to the park or new to writing in general, good solid understanding when they get to the trail, what kind of Trail they're going to get on it.
So yes by the end of the day I felt confident but not as confident as these guys friends and I make it a regular visit here once a month like to be on my dirt bike and like good trails and track as well.
And this place has has both And now, Paul has brought in a former dirt bike Champion to be in charge of maintaining the MX Trails strictly for the bikers.
And as you'll see, it takes the best to make the best.
I've written tracks at all, different levels.
So I kind of know what, pretty much Everyone likes, you know, it's hard to make everyone happy that I try to do the best I can.
Well the challenges are learning the new tracks.
They change them up, fairly often.
I enjoy the jumps on the track, enjoy the trails and the most fun you can without getting hurt at the same time.
After a full day of riding and exploring Paul decided to share a little piece of Backwoods Georgia history.
This land does have racing roots.
And as most of, you know, the inspiration for modern day.
NASCAR racing was born in the foothills of these Appalachian.
Moonshining mountains.
I lost count after about 50.
We have Stills everywhere out here all up and down all the Creeks.
You'll find Stills just like this one solemn.
You find the have barrels with ax marks through them from the revenuers from So I got to this one.
Why do you think they were right here?
Well, this whole area is right near the state line between Georgia and Alabama.
The old Moonshiners could run across the border run back across the border and and avoid the State Police from either Alabama or Georgia.
You know, it's really going on here.
Paul's running moonshine.
He's running.
Miss legal now, only at night.
Okay.
All right.
Good.
This there in the day that it.
Yeah.
It's an old still.
Will.
And if you take a little time, maybe a couple of days exploring Highland Park Resort.
They are plenty of overnight options.
We do have five rental cabins.
They're pretty rustic, but they have everything that you'd expect a bed and a loft for the kids and they're so you can rent a different cabin depending on your needs.
We don't have designated tent areas where you must put picture 10 in that particular area will have a group that comes in and Mabel rent a cabin or another group that's in an RV.
And somebody else comes out with them.
That's camping in a And so, they can pitch their tent right next to the RV, or a cabin, and, and stay with their buddies.
Rip roaring engines along, 90 miles of one-way.
Trails Cedar towns, Highland Park Resort delivers a ski resort style, get away with an added jolt of horsepower.
That looks fun.
That was fun.
And I didn't get enough of it.
So this next season I met these guys up and Ella jcarter cave River Bike Shop up in Ellijay the mountain biking capital of Georgia and Ellijay.
This was absolutely incredible.
I can't wait to are it next season.
Mike.
And the guys said me and cameraman Jesse.
Yeah.
We went all over the place.
I busted many times.
It was so much fun with the camera running.
So you get to see it and I they taught me how to fall.
There's a way to fall.
Okay, apparently.
Yeah.
Mira's are still here in So, that's good.
Yes, and you weren't you were hanging out with the bigwigs.
I mean, this was no, you know, light off roading, right?
I think they waited on me a lot.
All right, we'll listen.
One.
Other thing.
We want to tell you about is Rush.
Propst has done an outstanding job.
Since taking over this Packer program, eight years ago, earlier in the season.
He won his 250th career win.
He's coached over 100 games here at Colquitt County and we caught up to him in the locker room before tonight's game as he fired up.
His team to take on region, rival.
Valdosta.
Let's take a look in the locker room.
With a 40 seniors that we got.
And what everything that we've been given us, and we've been put on that so-called pedestal and everybody's trying to knock us off.
You're on an historic Street.
There's no doubt about it.
That's streak is now 23 games in a row.
There are 8 and 0 on the season.
They are 3 and 0 in the region and they're on their way most likely back to the Dome come December.
They're playing really, really well.
Now, let's check in with Jon Nelson for some finals.
Late in the game.
Across this great state of Georgia, John.
All right, Mark.
Thank you very much.
And next time you see zosky.
If you could just mention the word fries to him.
I would greatly appreciate it.
Let's roll through some more final scores.
As we go here, bacon County over Jeff Davis by the score of 32.
20 that game in Hazlehurst tonight little under two minutes to go off.
Road is winning their game right now.
4233.
Also, we're going to spend some time next.
Let's scroll down here.
Let's Prince Avenue Christian winner tonight, 42-14 over Towns County and we'll spend some time in Cobb County will get to some Scores.
They're so Norville.
Actually.
Now with under a minute to go is leading Ringgold in a big game in that region was so Norville and Adairsville and Ringgold and Calhoun all fighting for two, three and four in that region behind the yellow jackets on a Cody.
Long.
74-yard.
Touchdown run the to point was no good.
So 40 seconds to go.
So Norville down or snorkel up eight leading Ringgold by, the score of 41 233 lands, beating Lee County and there's gives them their second straight loss.
Remember Lounge, final, 42, 7 leak.
Any losses last week to Colquitt.
They lose this week to Lowndes.
So it looks like region.
16a might go back in the blender at least for the to the 3 and the 4 seeds as we go, because it looks like one and two Mark, it's going to be that Camden and Colquitt matchup at the end of the regular season, but the 3 and the 4 and the 5, someone's going to be very disappointed will send it back over to you and have more scores in a bit.
All right, John.
Thanks very much.
