Follow the process as multiple community groups collaborate to weave a huge rug for Governor Dayton. “Stunningly beautiful” was how Dayton described it when it was presented to him in Park Rapids for the 2013 fishing opener. This unique art, over 400 hundred feet of hand woven rag rug, was started by Jill Odegaard who shares her inspiration to bring art “out of the gallery and into the community.”
