The people who are hit the hardest have the least access to good medical care.

The people who are hit the hardest have the least access to good medical care, and the communities most at risk of attack are all too often the ones that are the least informed about how to arm themselves. And that's leading to alarmingly small percentages of Black and brown people opting into inoculation.
