Welcome to the Minnesota NASS program.

We have been a competitive archery team for about since 2005.

I believe it is.

We are up to 800 shooters this year.

We offer bull's eye and three deer so the kids can shoot both venues or one or the other.

And the best part about it is, is no matter where you live in Minnesota, we all kind of become one big family.

We get to know each other.

We see each other at competitions throughout the last three months.

And then we end up here at the Duluth Entertainment Center.

It's something new and different than where we usually shoot it with a lot more people.

This is my first year.

This is my fifth year.

This is my fourth in first and second grade.

I had terrible focus.

This helps with my focus.

All I got is what I feel like as a team.

We're like a family bonding and stuff and being able to do stuff by myself, but also being a team.

Take your time.

Don't stress the body.

Be stressful.

You psych yourself out.

It's a quiet sport.

You need to focus a lot, but you don't need to put so much physical energy into it.
