Americans who are living paycheck to paycheck face ‘drastic choices’
Consumer prices are soaring and inflation hit a three-decade high in October, rising to 6.3%. No surprise, the price increases are unwelcome news to New Jerseyans. For some Americans, the choice is whether to eat or to heat their homes, says Michael Butler of Consumer Energy Alliance. “Forty percent of our fellow Americans are living paycheck to paycheck."
